Tommy Brann's Steakhouse & Grille — Restaurant in Wyoming

My husband and I usually love coming here, its one of our favorite places to eat. We will usually bring friends or family with us and they rave about it too. However, today was not one of those days.

My husband ordered the 6 oz sizzler and rib combo with loaded mash potaoes and mac n cheese. I ordered the 8 oz sizzler with boursin cheese, added the shrimp scewer, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes and gravy. So a pretty good sized meal. I usually eat my shrimp and save my steak for the next day for lunch. Usually because by the time I get to it, I'm so full from the other great food.

The problem first began when the waiter had to come back and ask us again what we ordered. Not a big deal at the time, it happens. When the food came out they forgot my boursin cheese, which he realized and said it would be out right away, they put it in for me. I had to point out that they gave me a veggie scewer instead if my shrimp scewer and that they fogot my mashes potaotes and gravy. He went back to get my boursin cheese and put in my correct order for my other food. In the mean time i ate my broccoli and started on my steak. He brought out my potaoes, but the shrimp would be bit longer, they were working on it. During that time while eating the waiter never came back to refill our drinks. It wasnt until the end of the meal that he finally brought the shrimp scewer and i asked if we could have a refill, we were both really thirsty. My husbands meal was pretty good other than his ribs were a bit cold.

It was the one and only time we received nit so great service. Thats why i gave a 3 star instead of lower. But it also prevented me from giving five stars. We will see what happens next time. We went to the Brann's location on division for my little sisters birthday and I was highly dissapointed by that location compared to the one in cascade. My family ordered their soft drinks and received it immediately before their meal, not informing us of the other beverage options. I ordered a raspberry smoothie and waited for it for about 20 minutes. There was nothing about it that said smoothie. It was tart, and full of crunchy ice, and our waiter blamed her staff for their poor performance throwing them unprofessionally under the bus. I ordered a wet burrito which was huge in size but the taste was awful. I couldn't even eat half of it and it made me feel sick. The flavoring was awful, bland, and mixed with a strong disgusting taste. They threw the chips on top too making them poorly soggy and also had a sad taste. Nearby, there was a family placed underneath a ceiling with a missing tile. Hopefully they didn't look up. Our waiter, chatted with us for far too long instead of waiting on her other tables who most likely needed her but instead chose to complain about her life when my family just wanted to talk amongst Each other. Small conversations are fine but sitting down to chat for more than 10 minutes is ridiculous. She talked so much that I couldn't ask for an ice water to get rid of the tangy taste and funky taste. It was the worst restaurant I have been to, along with golden corral and their inability to show guests to a table and replenish drinks, I'd say they're both tied. If I were them I would find a new wet burrito recipe, get a ceiling tile in, fix their staff, and fix their drinks and make sure their customers know about the drink menu because that was poor treatment. Well where to begin. Ok lets start at the front door. Looks like the windows have been washed with dirty water. Then when u look on the actual door it's self u see the nasty grime from where everybody and their brother has grabbed it. Then the carpet when u walk in the door is horrific just to walk on. The walls are dirty when the walls are painted black and u can still see the grime u know it's gonna be bad. The seats omg we stuck to the god dam seats. I didn't want to sit on my leather seats in my truck when we left in fear of getting whatever it was on the seats on to my truck seats. The bathroom urinals are so close together u can hear the person next to u breathing. Oh plus the genius who decided to make it a push door on the way in should be slapped. So now when the guy in the stall walks out without washing and they only have a hand blower u are reduced to use an artical of your clothing or u bear it and grab that GRIMY door handel loaded with bodily fluids. Now u are expected to return to your seat and eat your meal. Yes the wait staff was as slow as u would expect and yes all of the above is disgusting. This place needs to be condemned as it's a health risk and my shoes are sticking to my floor.
