Blatant sexist policies on display today. A group of girls obviously getting done a softball game was behind us in line today. As we waited forever for our food, the coach of the girls asked the man at the register if they could get the team discount since this was their post-game dinner. The man at the counter said “We only give team discounts to the men’s teams.” All 3 of their chaperones and myself off to the side were horrified at this answer. An old lady then took over the register because this male cashier didn’t want to take orders from 5 pre-teen girls. The old woman takes the register over and tells the girls “It’s going to be a while until your food comes out because we’re swamped right now.” I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. The team of five girls and 3 adults didn’t even order yet and they were “swamped” according to this old woman…swamped because they had one single order??? Eventually the girls were allowed by the cashier to order and we all waited about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The old woman at the counter insisted everything in my order was ready. I told her I still didn’t get my drink. She insisted I never ordered a drink and I pointed to the receipt she must have read 50 times trying to get my burger and fries together over the past 20 minutes. Then she reluctantly gave me a cup and I was directed to the fountain to get my drink. I then left and wished the girls softball team well after all of them just experienced blatant sexism on display after their game tonight. If you’re going to give discounts to boys teams as an incentive to come to your restaurant after a game, you cannot be sexist against softball teams who want to support your business. This sexism just ensures those parents will never want their kids to go back to such a terrible place. I guess I’m lucky to be a guy so I was served in 20 minutes but I encourage all women and girls to stay away from this terrible location. It’s obvious the man and old woman behind the counter don’t like serving girls or women. They did everything they could to be as sexist as possible today. And if that was their goal, good job! But if your goal isn’t to get a lawsuit from women customers, maybe some new employees should be sought out and some massive training...
Read morePlaced an order on the app around 15mins before I got there and they still hadn't put my food on to cook until I got there. I'm not sure how busy it gets around 9:30-10pm but I thought it was a bit frustrating to place an order ahead of time and it wasn't even started until I got there. Although the staff was nice and my food was hot so that was a plus. Never had an issues with this location other than this one time.
Edit: Had another experience that just ruined my view on this location. I placed an order about 45mins before they closed and I arrived 15mins before they were suppose to close. Didn't get answered at the drive-thru and was ignored when I sat at the 2nd window even tho I could see staff inside, both with headphones in. Dining area was locked so I couldn't go inside and ask about my order either. There were no signs at drive thru nor on either door of the dining area to suggest they were closing early. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order but there should have at least have been a note if they were closing earlier than 11pm. Morning shift is so sweet so I would still come to this location but it's practically a gamble on service and food when it comes to...
Read moreI spend over an hour in the drive thru, ordered a biggie bag and a frosty. Guy ahead of my, ordered a #7, single meals. No other cars in line. Waited 17 mins to even be greeted at the speaker as they were all too busy standing outside by the menu sign, swearing and smoking, all appearing as minors. One opened the door and goes “who is taking orders?” Not to sure how you’re running a restaurant with every employee just having free range to do as they please. I confirmed my order at the speaker, I confirmed it again at the window and verified my receipt, still didn’t get the nuggets or fries to the biggie bag, called about it and the young man said “they were doing to take 15 mins so I put a request in for you to get a refund” still haven’t received that. Here I am again tonight, currently on minute 43 of being in the drive thru, biggie bag and a #5 meal, at minute 39 was when any employee even appeared in a window. How on earth does this continue to happen? How many complaints do you need to...
