If I could give it a lower star rating I would. I ordered a Delivery and When I received it I didnt have my drink my sauces and my pizza was demolished against one side of the box and the toppings for not even on the crust. When I called the store no one answered so I went on line and submitted a complaint. Hey the manager called me apologize offered me my order for free and a refund. This was on March 29th I have yet to receive my refund and I've called the store several times And was advised that there was no manager on site and that maybe I called the wrong Papa John's in town. We only have one Papa John's in town. I called back and spoke to the manager she said she had forgot to do the refund and it was taken care of. Days later still no refund and she told me it Had been refunded and when I asked her how much had been refunded she did not even give me a total close to what I had spent. I was advised to go online to chat and chat advised me to call the store back because they can only do the refund from the store. I called the manager once again. She was very rude and aggressive advised me that I could not have the corporate's phone number cause she didn't have it I requested for her manager to give me a call and she said that she would pass the information through but he probably wouldn't call me that I would just have to wait. I called my bank there is no refund submitted or is there one pending. I have been Waiting for my refund that's supposed to take three to five business days since March 29th it is now April 12th. This is the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from. The manager is one of the rudest People have ever talked to and I have worked several years customer service and retention. The interaction started off with some hope but then went to "ohh I'm sorry I forgot" onto "It's already been taken care of on my end you just have to wait on your bank" from there to " There's nothing I can do" And ended at "I don't know our corporate phone number"... " You can't have my managers information"... "My manager probably won't call you but I'll push the information through." I still have not been contacted by her manager, about the last complaint I put in online or her. She was very unprofessional, an employee lied to me to get out of dealing with my call, and she blamed being busy when not resolving my issue the first time, she was then deflecting blame and avoiding responsibility, then had no accountability and was aggressive almost threatening like she was daring me to keep calling about the issue. She offered a resolution of my order and a refund and I was not able to deliver anything. Which left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never order from the store or any Papa John's for that matter again. She needs to take some anger management classes and Papa John's would be wise to dismiss her from...

It was thrown together I'm glad I'm not allergic to anything because that could be a lawsuit if they're not careful with their employees throwing pizzas together and not keeping other Foods and Topping separated properly and not the other day I ordered a pizza and it had a topping on it that I did not order and when we called the manager or employee lied and said they didn't have that topping for over a week to try to cover for the mistake ended up getting a free pizza but still to lie to try to cover your mistake is not the proper way of doing it I strongly recommend cleaning house and hiring employees who want to do their jobs and keep their workstation cleaner and not have onions mushrooms or whatever on a pizza that does not get onions or mushrooms every Pizza I have ordered from this place has always ended up having onions in it and I wouldn't recommend getting well done because every well done Pizza we have got they have burned it or not cooked it but I will admit recently one of my pizzas was really good but the other Pizza had onions on it when I ordered pepperoni and jalapenos only I am a Papa John's fan I have always loved Papa John's it's franchises like these and owners like these who are going to give Papa John's a bad name and make Domino's look better especially when Domino's is your...

The girl taking my order clearly did not understand me, or wasn't paying attention. She put my card information wrong twice therefore making my bank think there is a fraudulent change and locking up my account. After the 2nd time of her putting my card in wrong I told her I will just pay Cash. The pizza gets here and there are 6 CUPS OF SLICED BANANA PEPPERS.. Everyone knows that the pepperoncini peppers are what comes with Papa John's Pizza. And if not everyone knows the employees should. So I call up there and tell the manager on duty, who did not provide me her name, what happened and asked that she have someone bring the pepperoncinis. She said no she cannot do that because they sent what was on their screen. I advised to her that the person taking the order clearly got it wrong and told her what the order taker did with my card and the manager just kept saying that the 6 CUPS of banana peppers was on the screen so that's what they have to go by.
