Cynthia and team at Xenia Coffee Hub Catered my event on Wright-Patterson AFB for 3 days and I was blown away by the above and beyond service. There was some confusion getting their base (security's fault not Coffee Hub's) and Cynthia and team was so patient and dealt with it with so much grace. We had morning and afternoon coffee and snacks including drip coffee, tea service, muffins, donuts, scones, yogurt (Chobani and Activia), fruit, and cheese sticks. Afternoon included scones, cookies, fruit, cheese, and yogurt as well as coffee and tea. Additionally we did boxed lunches of turkey/cheddar, ham/swiss, or hummus. Each came with a cookie, water, chips, and really great coleslaw. She had paper cups, napkins, plates, and even brought a microwave for people to heat up their muffins. I was blown away by the food and the team. I received a ton of compliments on the catering, especially the coffee, scones, and coleslaw. The team was on time/early, very professional, and very efficient. Cynthia also worked within the constraints of my budget for the event. Coffee Hub would be my first go-to caterer for my next...
Read more3.8 stars if I could do partial. clean, big space but not real cozyâŚBright lights/white wallsâŚRandom/mismatched/unleveled chairs and tables. Not the vibe to come and work there on a laptop. Fine for meeting someone with coffee but itâs one open space so not much privacy for conversation unless you whisper. the girl working was not friendly ordered a lavender matcha but tasted sugary not real matcha or wasnât enough for the size I ordered or maybe it was just made wrong. $6 for my 16oz matcha iced latter. Seemed expensive. â They have pasteries in their cabinet with non gluten and flour options. Everything seemed just âokâ nothing special. In a separate cooler they had ice cream from Jubiees which is a cool idea to offer. â Lavender was marked as made from scratch for the flavor option, lavender tastes nice but maybe they didnât add enough matcha in there drink ratio. Drink was made in a timely manner. â they support the community in many ways. That was obvious from various signs and posters around the room. They support various business by having their businesses displayed via...

I have already decided that it will be my regular stop on my way through from now on! I was greeted by 2 smiling faces and enjoyed friendly conversationâ even before 7am. I ordered a latte with an extra shot and a cranberry biscotti â both amazing! But as I was waiting for my coffee, a lady walked in with fresh, homemade apple fritters..which I think is a regular addition to this shop⌠of course I decided to add one to my order & happy I did! Super cute shop, not too far off the highway, awesome staff, yummy coffee & foodâŚwhat more could you want?! Donât miss out...
