My fist time at this location, friendly staff but I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, now since I did go at a time where they had just opened I won’t hold that against them BUT I did have an issue with part of the food I received… My chicken wings were very undercooked! So much so they were pink and no this had nothing to do with them being spicy as you can see the spicy seasoning, they were actually not done so I had to finish cooking them in my air fryer when I got home later that day. Unfortunately, I was unable to go back to the restaurant regarding the situation due to the fact that I do not Live close to Xenia and I was only in that area due to work. I will say my potato wedges were good and my biscuit was good. Dining area and restroom could use a serious upgrade, not very clean and at the time I went they did not have working water so I couldn’t even wash my hands when I went to the restroom. This concerned me because if you don’t have working water how are you preparing the food with clean hands and how clean is the prep area when you’re working with raw chicken? From what I can see, they did have a plumber truck outside, which indicated there was a plumber working but I would suggest if you have this issue as a restaurant do not open until everything is in working order, which includes the preparation of food as clean, running, water is very important in...

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Lee's Famous Chicken in Xenia, Ohio! This unassuming spot serves up some of the most mouth-watering, finger-lickin' good chicken I've ever had.
The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! I ordered the 2-piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and it was love at first bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior giving way to juicy, tender meat. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, and the coleslaw was the perfect tangy complement.
But what really sets Lee's apart is their secret recipe seasoning. It's like a flavor bomb just waiting to blow your taste buds away! I could taste the care and attention that goes into making each piece of chicken.
If you're in the Xenia area, do yourself a favor and stop by Lee's Famous Chicken. Your taste buds will thank you!

Read moreLee's "Famous" Chicken, my girlfriend and I would of been better off going up the street to KFC, I only think the sweet tea and the biscuit weren't the disappointing part, everything else was just horrible, we waited 5-9 minutes for our chicken to cook and when we got the chicken well 1. There was no meat on it 2. It was rubbery 3. It had enough grease to keep me warm through winter! The sad thing was when I first opened the container I said "what is this? A prison lunch?" The food looked like a kids meal, not even a full scoop of mac and cheese which don't even get me started on just absolutely horrible, and the potato wedges looked gross and weren't even fried, they were completely stale! $12 for this wasn't a bad deal until I opened it and tasted it and regretted every choice I made to go here!
I hate given bad reviews but this one definitely needed it!
Save your money and go a mile up the road to KFC and you'll be a much happier camper! Plus KFC is actually high tech and not from 1990 with there computer screens and cash register!
All in All never doing that again! First time...
