THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!

If I could I would give no stars! 👎👎👎

Been going through the drive thru for a several years spending no less than $20. I gave one of them $40 for 3 packs of cigarettes and received $2 change. At the time I was distracted by the other worker and didn't catch the mistake until after closing. You know they NEVER give you a receipt... what's that about. Called early the next morning and was told by Stan to ask the worker if he remembered me giving him 2 twenty dollar bills. Of course he didn't, and Stan's son said it was my fault because their video showed him putting the money I paid in the twenty and ten dollar slots in the register. I KNOW I GAVE HIM 2 TWENTY DOLLAR BILLS!!! I just came from the atm. The owners son said it was my fault I didn't check it at the time and he's probably right, but what happened to the business practice that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHERE THERE IS AN EDUCATED MANAGER , AND AN EMPLOYEE MAKES A MISTAKE, THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE RETURNED THE $10 I WAS OWED. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS ANYMORE INCLUDING GAS!! THE SON SAID TO ME HAVEN'T YOU EVER MADE A MISTAKE , YES TRUSTING THE EMPLOYEES TO DEAL WITH MY PURCHASES HONESTLY. MOREOVER, HE SAID I WAS CALLING THE EMPLOYEE A THIEF, IF THE SHOE FITS THEN WEAR IT, BECAUSE I WAS CHEATED OUT OF $10. God bless you too....if I had been given a receipt the mistake might not have happened, then again maybe it would...

Let me start by saying if I could give negative stars I would, but that is not an option! HORRIBLE customer service! Continued to spend $20 + dollars a day on tobacco and food related products because of the convenience of the location and the couple staff that I do like there. I took my service dog with me in to get my normal daily stuff, like I have before & some man comes from the back yelling saying he’s not aloud, I told him it was actually against the law to not allow access to service animals. He continued to be less than friendly, when I decided to take my business elsewhere! I will NEVER spend my hard earned money on this RUDE and uneducated business EVER again. As I will be spreading the word to my friends & family as well. Plenty of better gas stations with great customer service to use! The bar aspect I have no idea about bc I do not visit it but I can only imagine how awful it is as well! If you would like your rights violated and rude customer service who act like they’re doing you a favor selling you their over priced product when it should be the other way around the check out Stans in Xenia! I will be contacting the proper people to handle my rights...

I used to be a worker there. The staff is paid severely less than minimum wage and they don't include tips. Stan and his son, Mike, are very quick to stereotype paying individuals. Nothing in the bar or store gets rotated or cleaned. I have never seen anyone preparing food with gloves on. Hospitality is nonexistent and manners are frequently overlooked. My mother passed away and they told me that working would take my mind off of it. They don't offer any designated breaks, even during an 8 hour shift. If they don't make money off people, they don't care. I would never recommend spending your hard earned money at the bar or store. They pay $7/hour...
