I work at this facility , I see a few comments I'd like to address just as a closer 4 nights a week one ... where it says " the 10 bits were left from the day before.".. As an employee in this establishment for 3 years now, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is left from the day before.
We throw away EVERYTHING At the time of closing, it is physically IMPOSSIBLE for something to be left from the "night before", just not possible. I may be able to find a photo where the homeless dig it out of our garbage
I read a comment about the drive-thru says "they'll have three cars and we'll be waiting 15 minutes " I find that a little over exaggerating considering if ONE car orders 4 meals on one order (kind of like biscuit world) Once we cash that car out, we tell them to " pull forward to pull to the side door , we will bring the food to them " so that our drive-thru is not held up for no longer than so many seconds.. minutes TOPS..15 mIns.. We'd be getting a phone call about it while it was happening, so I think you may have over exaggerated a tad Just like every other fast food/ restaurant we have a timer we go off of. If you have a problem with your food at the time of service.... (I know I have it fast food) walk inside, address the problem right then with management, half the time you get the meal for free or you hit your next meal for free. they always due to the best of their ability to make it right. But if we are unaware of the issue, we cannot fix the issue we have no clue about. I saw a comment talking about serving cold drinks in the morning. Wasn't possible for whatever reason that person said Again, just like ANY OTHER FAST FOOD establishment, yes we have employees that don't show up or they are late. Which means unfortunately it is left to ONE person to not only bake ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING , BREW ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING , prepare the morning shift that they are now running ALONE, baking, running a Drive through plua anyone who comes inside the store. Yeah, it is hard to please every customer, Especially when you're WORKING BY YOURSELF as the opener cuz an employee chose not to show up or show up on time When all are openers are supposed to do is bake n cooking but then they get stuck with drive-thru, inside the store, catering orders, door dash, "to go" orders.. we are only human and when there is only one human doing it all. Yes it does fall apart very quickly
We are short on some products but you have to understand, Ever since a certain facility opened our daily customer numbers have dropped but the longer this facility stays open, the higher our numbers are becoming. So now we are trying to find the balance to how much to bake so that we are not throwing so much away at the end of the night, as we were losing HUNDREDS out daily. I personally can see the change that started late summer. I see our numbers are on the rise since we have made internal changes , And since the one particular place, from what I hear from customers isn't doing as well as they did right when they opened... We are doing everything we can to stay open unlike some places in this town, even sit down restaurants have closed with no warning whatsoever. Yes we have had some challenges since the beginning of summer, which we all are working on EXTREMELY HARD We are fixing n doing what I see, Great improvement since changes have finally been handled Like any other restaurant, equipment just does not work. when you work a shift being closing it's hard to get somebody in there the same day to fix equipment considering most places close at 5:00 (even us now) We are under new management, we have a new GM who seems awesome, shout out to Gary! he is deeply involved with everything that is going on in the store, but just like anywhere else, crap happens. The only thing we can do is be pleasant , smile and try our best to make the customer as happy as possible, hope one day our #s will go back to what they were, untill then, Plz keep coming, things are changing for the better,we just have to find that balance of over making n...
Read moreMy wife and I have been customers for YEARS! We think maybe one more chance but no more. December 19/2017. Today marks the forth time my latte has tasted like water. Really just like water no flavor at all. My wife finds when she goes there in recent months they are hit and miss each time on available menu items to which she questioned one of the managers. She was told restaurant has recently changed hands and mostly they don’t order in the quantities needed and are told to contact nearby stores. He said when they are busy and out he has no time to start dialing for donuts (a pun) much less the drive time retrieving them.
Apparently the watered down taste is just my taste buds. My buds are ok thankyou very much! By empowering him to find a resolution from his end was a mute point. No offer was made to make right my frustrations. Like I said , we are giving one more opportunity to the owner or corporate manager (unknown to contacted manager) as my wife left a detailed note of our unsatisfactory results AGAIN. MAYBE my tastebuds will be rewarded but for now quite frankly im deeply concerned....
Read moreThis was the most disgusting and disappointing Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The garbage cans were overflowing with garbage, to the point that people were just leaving their garbage on the ground next to the receptacles, the tables were al covered in crumbs and coffee, the display cases, windows, and doors all had greasy fingerprints and what looked like sneeze splatter all over them. The wood paneling is chipping all over the restaurant. The girl at the register was pleasant, but other than that, the service was awful. I stood and waited with one other person for nearly 10 minutes(literally!) for service. There were no donuts or Timbits in the case at all. I could hear the employees all in the back joking, cursing, laughing, and saying disgusting, unprofessional things instead of serving me or cleaning the place up. At this point, this entire building should probably be bulldozed and TH should start from scratch with new employees and...
