Horrible Service !!!! Horrible Management!!! I purchased a $5 Biggie meal via drive thru. When I got home to eat my meal the bread was Hard as a Rock, not to mention fries and nuggets were ice cold too! I called the manager ( Gracie) to advise of my issue so I could return the meal and receive a Refund. Once I arrived, Gracie apologized and proceeded to give me a refund. I asked her to throw away the meal that I returned. She immediately changed her tone stating, “I can’t throw that away for you.” I’m puzzled at this point not understanding the logic by not taking back the food. Needless to say, I was not happy about her refusal to do such a simple task of Throwing The Bag Away so I pressed again. She says, you can throw it away yourself. I was floored that she really was refusing to throw away the poorly prepared food that she sold to me, and now I’m returning. I let her know that I have already been Inconvenienced and that I refused to take the trash home with me… furthermore I stated here are your choices, you’ll either throw it away now in a civilized manner, or you’ll have to throw away if left in drive thru line. Only when I basically had to stoop to her level did she decide to take the bag. Oh and she snatched it from me! Her inability to be decent was very disappointing.
Secondly, sometime in March soon after they Re-opened (after construction of new store), I ordered food via drive thru. While in line I heard a noise that led me to believe something happened to my tire. I got out to look at it; at first I could not see anything wrong but once I drove off, I could feel tire was not driving smoothly. I called and spoke to a manager- advising her what happened and that they may want to check parking lot for nails that may have been overlooked. The managers immediate reaction was “ we cleaned parking lot for nails and screws already.” Not once did she apologize or even acknowledge my frustration of having to buy a brand new tire, or even admitting perhaps a nail was overlooked. Read moreHad a very disappointing experience yesterday. Placed an order through Door Dash and when it arrived we were missing a baconator. Upon calling the store I was told that they could do nothing about the missing sandwich. The manager blamed it on Door Dash. She refused to make it right and in effect one of my family members didn’t get to eat their dinner last night.
Over the past two weeks we have had other bad experiences there. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and were in line right at 10:30 for breakfast. By the time we got to the drive thru window at 10:33 we were told that breakfast was over. They couldn’t make us a breakfast sandwich?...so we took our business elsewhere. Another time we came through the drive thru at 8 pm and were told to pull forward. We waited and they brought our food out several minutes later and guess what? We were missing a sandwich. I had to call from the drive thru to get my order straightened out!

Read moreI just waited 15 to 20 minutes for a $7 dollar nacho chicken sandwich combo at "fast food" restaurant. I'm not someone who typically complains about time for the price of things if the end product is of good quality. What I received resembled a McChicken with a few Doritos sprinkled on top. This sandwich did not even meet the standard of Wendy's otherwise reasonable spicy chicken sandwich, which is why I said a McChicken which is the bare minimum of chicken sandwiches. For the record, when I think of Wendy's I don't think of McDonald's which is why this is so shocking. Earlier today I had a delicious looking and appetizing appetizing chicken sandwich from a restaurant called Big Chicken and I only paid $2 more. I don't know what's going on at this restaurant. I don't know if it's staffing. I don't know if it's what the staff makes per hour but honestly I don't care.
