I love going to Baskin robins at least I did Until the last 3 times I went I tried to use the coupon that they give you when you go there and it's so you can use it on your next visit and the last 3 times I went I asked them if I could use the coupon and they wouldn't let me because I didn't give it to them when I 1st came in when I was ordering , Why even give someone I coupon if they can't use it why don't they ask if you have a coupon if you have to use it before you order because you can't always remember so it's like if you don't remember then you lose out on half the reason you went to the place in the 1st place and I also have a card that they punch when I go in and the last time I went in I got the card out so they could punch it and we were busy talking about the coupon and the lady handed it back to me and forgot to punch My punch card and I didn't notice it Until I was walking out the door and so I went back in and said to the lady I gave you my punch card and you forgot to punch it and you told me it's too late now so why in the world would you even have such a thing if you never can use these things very frustrating and I don't think it's fair or right of them to Do their customers that way and The last time I went in there I spent almost $20 And I'm really gonna hafta think about it whether or not I will ever go back to that Baskin robins ever again there are 2 of them in the town I live in one is not far from where I live At And that's the one I always go to its the 1 that has not punch my card or Let me use my coupon.. The address to the one that I'm talking about is on South 1st street in Yakima Washington and their customer service is the worst, And their prices are outrageous and I would happily pay the price but I won't pay the price yes I continue to be treated the way they've been treating me . I think I will ask to talk to the owner and let them know How their regular customers are being treated And see what they have to say about it. Read moreMy family has been coming to this location for years. We always come specifically for their warm brownie sundae’s. The last 4 times we’ve come — they haven’t had brownies. I commented this to the server & she rudely & defensively asked me “well, did you come in last week. Because we had them last week.” I let her know, I don’t know exactly when, all I know is the last times I’ve personally come there hasn’t been any. I asked if she could give us a free scoop for compensation, she says “no. We don’t do that here.” So then I say to my mom, “maybe they should just take that off the menu when they don’t have the ingredients so people don’t continue to order it.” She snaps back & says “it’s out of stock so it is what it is.” I asked her why she had such an attitude, she says “because you’re over here asking for free stuff” I said yes — because, as someone who’s worked in costumer service, satisfaction should be a priority. Read moreI didn't encounter the foreign lady that was mentioned on another review but all of the staff who was there when I went were incredible. They were friendly to everyone and went the extra mile to make sure you were happy. I made a mistake with my order (I said it wrong and realized it when they were making it) and the gentleman who helped me noticed the look on my face and asked me if everything was ok. I explained the mistake I had made but told him it was my fault and it was fine, but he told me not to worry and started making what I had intended to order. I tried to pay for the additional item (I had paid before he started making my order) but he smiled, told me it's no charge, and that "a satisfied customer is what matters most".
