I have always loved this place since I moved to the area, but tonight did me in. We ordered food, and got home to find that the torta we order was destroyed, and all it's contents were in the bag. The breading was smashed and looked like someone had stepped on it. Our beans and rice were ice cold like they had sat for an hour.

I understand that we are in a time where people don't want to work, or places don't have enough people to run their place. But there is no excuse for sending out trashy food like this... EVER.
