Fish Bones Kitchen — Restaurant in Yakima

Little start up kitchen but that man is putting out some big flavor! It's high time we had some soul food in this town again! Catfish was seasoned perfectly, not a hint of the earthy notes that often plagues poorly executed fish. Also had the shrimp which was tasty and well seasoned. Didn't get to try the sides as they didn't have any at the moment but I have no doubt that they will be just as great as what I did sample. Worth the time, worth the drive, even worth the wierd nostalgia of being that close to East Side Community Center. Definitely check...
