They have great, friendly and fast customer service. The Doordash orders however are not suitably sealed for third party delivery. The straws had been preopened and inserted into the cups. As a delivery driver, I believe that straws should be left in their sleeves to give customer the peace of mind that nobody sipped their drinks. If you must open the straws, at least leave half the sleeve intact covering the top half of the straw. It's more sanitary and assures customers of safety. I really did use to like the service here. Today I ordered on the Joe app and when I arrived the drinks were not ready and was greeted very rudely. Then was told that I was going to have to wait because they were already cleaning the machines and I would only get cold brew on 3 iced mochas I ordered. Me the paying customer who also left a tip and paid a service fee on top of that regret going to get...

Staff was friendly. Drinks are not good very watered down. Second time trying their coffee and always disappointed I wasted money. Starbucks has better flavors and decent price for something that’s tastes good. Not worth giving them...
