I can't say enough wonderful things about Robert, his quality of work, and his customer service. We brought him a difficult project when we were completely screwed over by another "jeweler" in town. Fixing the ring, plus cutting new opals, was quite the task. Robert was upfront with us the whole time with expected timeline, price, possible complications due to the other person's incompetence, everything. In the end, a large part of the ring had to be fixed and Robert did it beautifully. We don't think he charged us enough, his work that was great. We have lots of other stones that will need to be cut and set into something- when it's time for that, we will 100% be going to Robert to help create...

10/10 would recommend. Robert and Lisa are so knowledgable and kind. They love talking about their inventory and hearing about different/unique rocks. We chatted for quite a while about various kinds of rocks and they were intrigued by eggshell jasper and we were then enraptured in conversations of other shimmery type stones. They are so talented in their knowledge and creative abilities. I'm excited to go back. Robert is repairing a family ring and I'm excited to be able to wear it again. There's a new crystal shop in town! I visited this store with a friend a couple days ago. Robert and Lisa, the shop owners, were very open and happy to connect with us!

Their inventory is very clean and eye catching! Robert even offered to cut and facet any crystal into a jewelry item! I could even bring one of my own in!
