Trena and Zack absolutely rolled out the red carpet for our wedding welcome party for our destination wedding , welcoming all of our out of town guests from east to west coast. This had to be one of the coldest places I've ever walked into..super bright, acoustics were horrible. Was very loud. We should have left as soon as we walked in. The sign instructing to order at bar wasn't visible from our table. We finally ordered food at bar. We're told it would take 25 min, because busy. 40 min later, still no food. I complained. The poor guy at bar said they had a sick call, so was just he & one other person. We had ordered a burger & a salad..?? I just know I wouldn't...

I've been going to the Bier Den since they opened. I've always been met with top notch service and friendliness from the owners and staff. It truly feels like I'm having drinks and food with family. They constantly have fun events going on. I would recommend staying tuned in to their social media accounts.
