Staff is five stars: ★★★★★ (every chance I've had to say something when a staff member seems to be lashing out on a customer, the manager has taken constructive criticism and dealt with the problem with team meetings) Environment is five stars: ★★★★★ Cleanliness is five stars: ★★★★★ (I have never sat at a table or counter and it be sticky yet at this location, and if I have, I've asked for a towel and they've been kind to clean it up or let me do it myself if they are busy; smart practice, don't make the customer wait for a clean table if they are willing to wipe it down themselves) Drinks are three stars: ★★★ (there is a consistency problem here that needs to be solved...and asking for a drink to be remade consistently isn't what I mean) Food is three stars: ★★★ (warm, not hot, breakfast sandwiches twice in less than a month; not impressed) Management is paying attention 100% of the time, so five stars there: ★★★★★ (I would really love to see my money well spent though, and my value versus cost here is starting to teeter)

If its Sunday and before 8am where you gonna go in West Valley for some sit down coffee? If its not your own kitchen then your at a Starbucks. At the early hours, there is a quiet clientele mostly older folks with some background music. Sounds like morning. The staff wont let you down, say what you want about Starbucks but the staff has never let me down.

The coffee is good, I have had bad coffee, they dont serve burnt cardboard sour sock tasting motor oil. If you think they serve bad coffee, you dont know. Its good. The place looks good too. I have been to this Starbucks several times over the last year, and it is one of the nicer Starbucks in town. One of the things that I like the most about this location is the ample amount of seating that it has available. There has never been a time, no matter how busy it is, that I have been unable to find seating. The seating is relatively comfortable, and the overall feeling of this location has always been on the quiet side.
