My partner and I used to come here all of the time, we loved it! Unfortunately, lately, the quality of the drinks has completely changed, and our orders have been wrong nearly every time we’ve come back. My sister asked for her drink to be half sweet, and it came back with more syrup than a regular drink would have… then we went back again, she asked for it half sweet, and again, the same result. Both my partner and I have ordered drinks that are nothing close to what we’ve asked for, and not to mention, the cups aren’t even full… I understand as a former Barista myself, but at the same time, if you cannot memorize an order, please write it down… we do love the drinks we get when they are correct, which is why we’ve come back a few more times, but this morning, when we got our drinks and mine had two inches of room at the top for a 24oz Red Bull, it just sort of made us realize how sad we are that this place just isn’t what...

I think they had not cleaned the machines for a while and re-used the grounds from the customer before me. I called and spoke with Jocelyn (she was the one who made the Mocha). I asked if I could get it remade. She said only if it was still full - very rude. Anyways, I had not drinken it because it tasted terrible. I had to stop again with my 2 children in carseats. I wanted the other person to make it this time since she didn't do it right the first time. The other employee was busy and I just asked for my money back. Read moreI sent my daughter to get drinks and she mistakenly asked for a 32oz matcha with 6 shots and whipped cream. I called and asked if I could get an exchange and Steve said "oh I can't do an exchange. You spent about 14 bucks on the tea. I could do 50% off". I didn't mind the 50% off offer but why point out how much I spent? A 7/8$ mocha vs a 14$ matcha just makes my daughter feel even worse. I've never had a coffee stand not offer to do an exchange when someone isn't happy with a drink let alone not question a kid ordering a 32 oz Macha w/ 6 shots and whipped cream.
