Quiznos — Restaurant in Yakima

Made an online order of two 12 inch subs and bacon cheddar tots. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food I was informed that they were running behind, I said no problem. I was then informed that the tots would take too long to cook and was offered soup, I said no problem. When we got home to eat, we noticed the subs were not 12 subs but 8 inch subs, actually a bit shorter, but we know even the twelve inch subs aren't 12 inches anywhere . The beans in the chili were undercooked. I didn't call immediately, but two days later and spoke to an employee on Dec 1 at 2:18 pm. I asked to speak to the manager, the employee said sure. Then proceed to ask what the issue was. I explained, and then he proceeded to get angry and rude, he then informed me that there is no manager. I asked for his boss, he stated "the closest thing I have to a boss, is the owner. " I asked to be contacted and the employee said he would take my info down, he kept messing up my number and changing numbers, I was very clear every time. It has been days and I haven't heard back. So in short, I won't be stopping at this establishment any longer. When you order food check it before you leave, bring a ruler if you must. Lol. Quiznos is not as well known as some of the other chain sandwich places encountered while out and about. They feature a daily $5 special which includes an 8 inch sub on cjhoice of 4 breads. They also make delicious salads and have a broccoli and cheddar soup that is definitely worth a try. The staff was friendly and asked enough questions to personalize my order. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. One of my personal favorites is the lobster seafood sub. Would recommend it to anyone who likes seafood. I love Quiznos, but was so disappointed with my visit today. The menu says, tots toasted to crispy perfection... my tots were soft and barely looked cooked, barely warm and not hot! My sandwich was ok, bread was not as fresh as it usually is. And the tomatoes were not marinated like the menu said.
