Edit: The lack of apology from the owner and staff for a poor service experience is disappointing, and their defensive attitude only makes it worst. There are similar reviews related to the poor staff service which unfortunate to see. With ok food, service should be top priority!

We were pretty disappointed with the service in the arcade room – upon arrival we waited around for 30 minutes without anyone coming over despite multiple servers walking in/out of the room until I had to go up to the bar to ask to order. Then, things got a bit chaotic with kitchen staff kids monopolizing the arcade, climbing on tables, banging on walls and not letting other kids' play. When I asked our server to address the wall banging, the response seemed a bit annoyed. The vibe took another hit when inappropriate music played non-stop for about 10 minutes. My husband went into the main restaurant area to see if it was playing there and it wasn’t. It was different music in the arcade room. We have a different server at this point and she tells us they don’t control the music. I get that servers might not control the tunes, but it just added to the letdown. Why not apologize or turn it down? Our kids are young. And to top it off, someone from your staff approached me in the parking lot and she was knocking on my car door, wrongly accusing me of yelling at them about the music. I told her to refer to any restaurant videos as I never raised my voice. I shared my dissatisfaction with the entire service. It was a strange encounter and left a sour taste. Sadly, despite our love for The Pub and supporting local spots, we might have to rethink...

I could not be more excited to find this place! Thee best burger I have found in Washington State so far! Craving a big and perfectly cooked burger come here. The cook Murphy was exceptional and friendly. This burger.. the bun was the very best I have ever had for a burger. Perfectly toasted but soft and light. The garlic aioli was amazing. The provalone and parmesan had an over flowing crust that was perfectly browned. The waiter we had was flawless. On top of everything, super friendly and seemed genuinely nice. The fries...oh Lord, perfect. They must be double fried. The fry sauce is was normal Northwest fry sauce but it had a spicy bbq surprise. We will drive here from Selah just get this food an atmosphere again and soon. There is an awesome family side complete with skeeball, air hockey, shuffle board and tons of video games, old school and new school! The bar side seems adult and clean. Open yet private enough. I can't wait to try their Sunday early day...

It was my first time there and my first impression was NOT good. We went in sat down and no help or server just stares from a few of the workers there all girls. and numblining among themselves as theuvsew us.. We almost left. No one came to say we will he right with you or what can I get you or a welcome or a Hello.Nothing!!! They seen us sitting there and not a word. Just walked passed us and then finally as we were going to leave someone came to ask us if we been helped and we said no she said ok I will take this table and she asked what we wanted and was consistent with us and a great server for us.
