I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and food quality during my visit to your restaurant tonight. The lack of attention from the server, the misrepresentation of menu items, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired.
Upon arrival, my friends and I were left unattended without water or napkins. The queso fundido we ordered was a far cry from traditional queso, with overpowering cheese that masked the flavor of the chorizo. My steak fajitas were inaccurately prepared, resembling a plate of onions with a minimal side of steak drenched in sauce. The portions of beans and rice were significantly smaller than expected, creating a misleading presentation.
Furthermore, my request for sliced jalapeños was met with reluctance and inadequate servings, highlighting a lackluster approach to customer requests. The order of enchiladas we received to go was incomplete, lacking the expected beans and oversaturated with repeated inquiries about our readiness to settle the bill while we were still dining.
Overall, the combination of subpar service and misrepresented dishes has left a lasting negative impression. I regret to say that I will not be returning to dine at your establishment in the...
Read moreI took my mother out to eat here for the first time. Honestly, the food is very good but I'm having a hard time giving 5 stars. Here is why.
It's a very dark place. It's all around very dim except for the tables. The lights suspended above the tables are so bright that every time you look anywhere else besides your plate you're eyes have to adjust.
Maybe I caught the waitresses at a bad time but my food came out nearly 20 minutes after my mother's plate. She had almost finished her food by the time my plate arrived.
Price. I don't mind paying for good food but $18.99 for a plate carne asada is a little too much specially if my plate is not full of it. I expected more. The taste was great but the overal experience was average at best.
Tips: Paint the place, or have more lighting. (Is it a sports bar or a Mexican restaurant?) Fix the prices, my plate should have been $12.99- $13.99. Bring the food out together. Leave the basketball games near the bar, no need to have tvs for those dinning in.
Just my two cents... Good luck...
Read moreIf I could give it a 0 star, I would. Was recommended by a family friend to go here for some authentic Mexican food. Came here tonight and ordered a cocktail, ceviche, and enchiladas, we took one bite of the ceviche and cocktail and right away didn’t like it. We notified the servers and they took it away for us. When the bill arrived. They didn’t want to remove any of the items we did not like and said “well you ordered it, you chose it”. After working in the restaurant industry for over 8 years, I was beyond taken away by the attitude and decision taken by the staff. Paid $60 to watch my date watch me eat my enchiladas. And felt so embarrassed having to ask why those items were still on my bill. I just paid and walked away. Do not recommend this place at all. First time a restaurant has made me feel like it was my fault for their food...
