Crave Coffee — Restaurant in Yakima

I’m honestly really disappointed in the lack of care towards a customers request. I pulled up, ordered a drink off the menu and immediately asked for a sugar free version of the drink. Once I was done paying and my drink was made I was told that only one of the syrups was sugar free. The girl at the window was clearly a new hire but the red head who I assumed made my drink I’ve seen a few times before. She couldn’t take a few seconds to go to the window to let me know that unfortunately only one sugar free syrup was available for the drink I had ordered? Would that small gesture acquire an extreme amount of effort? I could have respectfully ordered something else and left a tip for...

I'M NOT SURE WHAT THEIR DEAL IS?? AT FIRST I LIKED IT ALOT BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THE LAST VISIT!!! I WENT BACK BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE DRINK I WANTED. AND THE GIRL WITH THE FUNKY HAIR STARTED GIVING ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHY? AND SHE MADE ME PAY FOR THE DRINK INSTEAD OF GETTING IT RIGHT. AND ASKED IF THAT WAS THE DRINK IN PICTURE RUDELY... AND BY ALL MEANS I WASN'T BEING MEAN OR RUDE ABOUT IT AND I EVEN PAID FOR THE DRINK AGAIN AND TIPPED LIKE ALWAYS BUT LAST TIME I SHOP THERE!!!! RUDE AF!!...

Regardless of where we are in town, when we want coffee- we head to Crave. The service is exceptional and Harley always goes out of her way to be personable and provide top-tier service.
