Wendy's — Restaurant in Yarmouth

Used the drive thru for breakfast on my way to work. Ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits-one for me and one for my husband. The whole experience from entering the line of 5 cars to getting my food took 30min! I figured seeing that there was 5 cars ahead of me that it might be a few minutes but the time it took was mind blowing. No one in front me had a large order that I could see as all cars were handed relatively small bags. I ordered my food after waiting 8minutes in line. I got to the window to pay and get my food and after I paid I was told there was no chicken made and to pull into a spot. I finally went in after waiting 15minutes for my food to find out and they said the chicken was still cooking and would be done in 1min. 2 minutes later I finally got my food. So much for fast food. I did see that there were only 4 people working but there was literally no one inside the restaurant..I probably would have been better walking in and ordering rather than doing the drive thru! Would have appreciated the staff showing that they cared at all but seeing that they probably get paid minimum wage and are over worked and consistently under staffed I don't...

I had lost trust in Wendy's.

After a terrible experience in the SF Bay Area at this chain I was ... Unsure why anybody would ever choose this chain over McD or BK or anything (with the exception of Wienerschnitzel, they will always be my least favorite). Now on a road trip with the fiance we stopped here at this random Wendy's. And now I get it.

So what happened: The service at the counter was outstanding, the Sir who took care of our order was patient, funny, asked just the right questions to understand our tastes and catered to our needs. The food either changed in the last 4 years or this is the first Wendy's I visited that is able to deliver. Ghost pepper chicken sandwich: Juicy and spice crisps in just the right amount. Saucy Nuggs: Still crispy but well coated.

Whoever ran the evening shift on the 9th September 2024 between 7:30 and 8:30pm, is to be recommended, promoted and crowned. You have turned me back into a believer, that at Wendys it actually starts with Fresh and ends with a...

There's been a Long line every time I go in there and the person taking your order at the register is putting orders together as well so at times I've waiting up to 15 minutes to even be acknowledged then another 5-10 minutes before my order is finally taken then its an even longer wait to get your food. There's been a change in their staff because I never used to have this problem and everyone was smiling and friendly and quick with their service but not anymore, it's a big difference and is very disappointing to say the least. Food is not bad considering it being fast food but it does get cold because of how long you are left standing waiting for your order. Customer service needs some serious improvement along with their timing / care factor that you are waiting and have been for a good while. The 1 positive is their self serve...
