Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Yazoo City

I’m honestly upset. I spend at least $30-$50 with Pizza Hut every time I order and I asked if my item came with sauce or could I get ONE ranch. I’m not expecting a handout I just forgot to add one to the cart and to make sure my item came with it. She told me there’s one sauce it comes with it’s in the bag and you have to pay for the ranch. I asked how much and then realized I don’t have any cash or change to pay .80 cents and she just looked at me and barely spoke during the whole interaction. I’m sick of paying real money to not just get one simple thing. I came home to find that there were NO sauces like she said and so now I have to go back. When in with my wife, not another customer in the place but for us. They sat us in a booth and said someone would be back to take our order. 30 minutes later still waiting we decided to leave and on the way out the door I let them know we were leaving because no one ever came to take our order...the girl behind the counter just shrugged and never said a word. We left. Getting into our vehicle a guy came out to us and asked if we forgot to pay for our meal. I said, "What meal!!! Nobody ever even took our order". He just turned and went back inside. The worst pizzas I've ever bought. No sauce on either pizza. The second pizza was a thin crust (No Sauce)and it was cooked so long it was like eating a cracker and wasn't what I ordered. This wasn't the first time ordering the same pizzas at other locations and they have been fine. Done with Yazoo Pizza Hut!

Update: The manager reached out and offered to redo my pizzas, which I agreed. They were perfect. She said she maded them her self. Now if the staff could duplicate what she did that would be awesome. Thanks Wakeeta for following up and I hope you can rub off...
