This is regarding the shift answering drive thur working on June 22, 2025 at 11:51 pm. Bad attitude and judgmental. I have purchased the 8 dollars chicken strips meal deal, a double fillet o fish, and a smore McFlurry. But unfortunately during the pickup I did not realize we were missing the McFlurry. We live about 15 minutes away from that location, and we did not register we are missing the McFlurry until 11:00pm when we were done eating. So I decided to wait until I have to leave for the gym to pick back up the missing McFlurry. Which lead us to this unpleasant exchange with the working drive thur employee. The whole conversation was based around doubtful of the legitimacy of the missing McFlurry, she questioned me about why it takes me till now to pickup the McFlurry, question about if the McFlurry was mini, or regular, and when I answered I would assume it is regular due to that is the only size possible with smore McFlurry, at least presented on the menu, she responded with shouldnt you know? How am I supposed to verify the size of it if the receipt do not show the size of the McFlurry? it simply listed as 1 Smores McFlurry, and maybe I would know if I actually have gotten my item the first try? I personally think the the seemingly shift manager that was handling the conversion have spend that investigative ingenuity to making sure customer gets all their items, and also ensure ANY missing item in the tracking system are properly accounted and recorded, we won’t even have to have this issue in the first place. Overall, I dont appreciate the tone when I was trying to be cooperative about their mistakes, and the fact that they do not know or aware of this missing item are also worrisome as for how many times they could have over charged for items to customers and do not have to have any paper trail of it.
PS: the s’mores McFlurry sucks. It’s not worth the price nor...
Read moreThis place is a joke so I ordered a 10 piece nugget and two burgers when I got to the second window I asked for a sweet-and-sour sauce he gave me my bag in the sauce I looked in the bag and there was no ranch which I had previously asked for at the first window I looked at them and said there’s no ranch I only have one sauce for a 10 piece nugget he said well isn’t it in the bag so I dump the bag out on my lap to show him that there was nothing in there so then he gave me one ranch sauce I said look I can pay for more sauce it’s not an issue but they should really told me that back at the other window when I asked for sauce I proceeded to give them money to pay for my sauce the manager came up and told him it’s fine just give her what she wants so then I finally got my sauce paying for extra sauce is not the issue the issue is when you ask for something that should be in the bag and it’s not there and they argue with you about it I’ve never had this problem any of the McDonald’s before next problem was that my 10 piece nuggets were dry and over cooked like they had been sitting there over cooked underneath of a heat lamp and they were just nasty and I’m supposed to feed that to my two year old and then I ask for for ice waters and when I got the icewater handed them to everybody I noticed that they were all half full and granted these are small ice waters so I got a half for small ice water on a 97° day am I being punished because I didn’t want caffeinated soda and I asked for an ice water I would definitely not recommend this McDonald’s is definitely one of the worst ones I’ve ever took my family too and all I wanted was a quick bite for lunch for my kids and some cold water to keep...

I don't care how many people are there, you deal with one person at a time. Take the order of the person at the counter or window, fill the order, move on. It's pretty basic. The fact that there's 900 people behind him does not matter. There is ZERO EXCUSE for me to stand at the register for 15 minutes without so much as a greating. We finally gave up and left when we realized that literally every single person in the entire restaurant, including six tables seated, were waiting on their food. You read that right. Not a single crumb of food had gone over the counter in half an hour. So as I'm walking out to the parking lot with hungry crying kids, I realize that the EXACT same car that was sitting just feet behind my car in the drive thru was STILL in the same spot. He hadnt moved an inch. It was a very recognizable car so there was no mistaking it. IT HAD BEEN HALF AN HOUR. I think the only reason he was still there was because the parking lot was completely gridlocked. The entire management that was on duty needs to be retrained or fired. Seriously people. Fast food is pretty basic.
Update: A month later, and this place is STILL so bad. There really are no words that adequately describe just how bad they are. Not a whole lot of options here in Yelm so that really is the only reason they continue to get my business, but seriously I cannot remember them ever getting my order right. And that really is not an exaggeration. The entire management team needs to be retrained. If I were the owner of this place I would be...
