Honestly, I wish I had nicer things to say because this coffee stand has been here since I was a kid... And they're very quick with getting their drinks out.

However, the past couple times I've gone recently (the first times in years.. I usually go to Elite), the drinks have been just awful.

The first time, I got a caramel macchiato and it was awful. But I thought I might have just been a tough critic when it comes to that drink since it's my favorite... so I decided to give the place a second chance and get a normal mocha the next time, which is hard to screw up. Well, they definitely screwed it up 🤔 I couldn't drink more than a few sips.

Also, customer service is okay....

As an avid coffee drinker, and from various coffee shops large and small, I have to say that this shop has been the worst. The drinks are very subpar and every batista I've asked says that they haven't tried their drinks. Maybe that needs to start happening because they aren't good. The flavor is severely lacking. I've also encountered a few rude batistas who act like they don't want to be bothered by customers. I'd recommend you start tasting your own drinks and changing them accordingly. I'm new to Yelm and Ronda's is conveniently located by my home, but I'll drive farther for...

3 years ago it was my favorite now the customer service is declining enough to revise my review. Getting made fun of and mocked for saying "grande" was completely outrageous. Im a grown woman and the way the child in the coffee stand made me feel in front of my kids was terrible. I made a mistake and she jumped all over it. I go MAYBE once a week now. I wish we could go back 3 years ago where the girls always made everyone feel important and they didn't make you feel like you were bothering them.
