Tacos San Pedro — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

The lady taking the order was super nice. The staff was super nice also. I feel bad about only giving 2 stars because of how kind they are. Now the reason why. Soda machine has no carbonation. All flavors are flat, one completely out. Burritos were not that big. We ordered the combo burrito/street taco so perhaps that's why they are smaller than other places. Street tacos are also smaller. Taquitos smaller. Food flavor was not all there. El pastor tacos were greasy, more than other places. Carne asada burrito was not that great. Not a lot of meat and some of the bites that had meat in them were all gristle. Chicken burrito was about the same, not that flavorful and lacking in the meat portion. The food is OK. The issue I had is I ordered a burrito with beans guacamole, and the Asada and they gave me a burrito with everything. I called back to talk to them about their mistake, and they said I specifically had to tell them what I didn't want inside the burrito . It's not rocket science To take an order for a specific burrito if the customer asks for a burrito with what they like inside, we shouldn't have to tell them what you don't want inside. But the real kicker is instead of apologizing for their mistake they try to blame it on me that I didn't specifically tell him what I did not want in my food . Came here on a whim when my family and I were in the area for the day. We travelled from Canada and this was the first place we wanted to try when we touched down. When you step in, it smelled amazing. Tried using my debit cards with no luck so I couldn’t actually purchase the food we wanted. Instead of turning us away, they offered to give us some food. Couldn’t believe how amazing this place was. The food was amazing. Authentic, friendly, welcoming. The world needs more places like this. 5 stars easy.
