Based upon all the reviews we were excited to try this place as Thai is our favorite food and we were in town to pick up some stuff and thought we would check it out. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. The server brought menus and was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was clean yet saw a cook eating at the front of the kitchen where they work. Ordered Tom Yum Hot Pot with chicken mild, Yellow Curry with chicken, and Tom Yum Noodle Soup. Ordered a regular iced tea and later during the meal a large side of rice. The Curry came out first with a small bowl of rice. Then the hot pot came out and lastly my hubby's Tom Yum Noodle Soup. The yellow curry was SUPER SWEET, so I had to request hot sauce to try to tame it. The Tom Yum had an odd fish sauce taste. It was so unpleasant I couldn't even finish a small bowl of it. I even tried to put hot sauce in it to kill that flavor to no success. My husband ordered a large bowl of rice as he was going to eat the soup. It was so intolerable we ended up just taking everything home as he was going to boil it in hot water to kill the sweet and fishy tastes. We did let the server know our feedback on the food. I did eat the items in the yellow curry but didn't finish the liquid part Shocked at the bill as the large rice was $9!! The just we ever pay is $3-$5 and the iced tea was over $3 and I was never offered a refill. At all the other places we go to, and we go at least once a week, tea is $2 max and they refill it and most even give a to go cup for the road. This morning we ended up tossing the leftovers as we couldn't salvage them. We were super disappointed in this place as we eat Thai weekly and this was the worst tasting we have ever had, and we spent $71 bill. Sadly, we...
Read moreWe had a large order to go for a small party. Ordered a lot of different dishes. Curry chicken and rice dishes were pretty good. Beef dishes including crying tiger and pepper beef were about average (bit spendy for the quality). Chicken dishes had lots of flavor, but too rich that it sometimes lost the true flavor. At least the vegetables in the dishes tasted fresh. However, the tom yum soup was way too sour and shrimp inside were overcooked (definitely not fresh shrimp used because they were dry and hard), the taste a bit unbearable with most of our guests saying the same. Was expecting a much better experience based on the high ratings from others but unfortunately, definitely didn't hit the mark for me. I eat at many different Thai restaurants so I'm familiar with this type of food. But of course this is only my opinion. I guess it's worth a try but I would lower your expectations so you don't get...
Read moreI went in today 8/16 with my friend. We were given a warm welcome and promptly seated as they weren't too busy yet around 11pm. We were given excellent service! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive! She refileld our waters multiple times without asking. I ordered the hot tea with my meal and once I finished my pot she offered me more hot water without me asking! My friend got the veggie pad thai and I opted for the pineapple curry with a side of steamed veggies. I chose salmon as my protein I absolutely loved it! I got mild, and it wasn't too spicy so maybe next time I'd think going medium would be safe for my white girl pallet. 🤣 The food was flavorful, fresh and the portions were a good value! Both my friend and I really enjoyed our food and we are planning on coming back to try more dishes! I would recommend stopping...
