I wanted to give Zero stars but google wouldn't allow it- how about a negative rating.
This is a joke. Samsung new fridge, less than a year old, with an ice maker that continually stops working. Call Samsung and they assign Tekniton to come perform the repairs on the 13th. Immediately Tekniton calls and says they are overbooked and understaffed and can't come out until the 24th. They tell me on the phone, Samsung knows that we are too busy yet they keep scheduling appointments for us that we have to reschedule. The kicker here, Samsung showed the ticket closed and complete on the 14th.
On the 24th I get no update as to the arrival of the technician so I call the office and tell them I'm home to use my cell number and ask when will the technician arrive. The company tells me that the technician will text me an eta which never happened. At 5:15PM I call the office again and go directly to Voice Mail as the office is now closed.
This morning I call the office and after a brief heated discussion I find out the technician did arrive called the incorrect phone number, and left. I TOLD THEM several times to call my cell.............
NOW - We can get your service on July 1st. WHAT? WAIT a minute. Your tech showed up, called the wrong number, and left. I need service today. Sorry sir we don't give preferential service to customers. First come first serve he tells me. Are you kidding me?

Read moreOn July 20, 2020 my dishwasher stopped working so i called Asurion/ Home Depot warranty claim. Tekniton was assigned the claim and sent a technician to my home to diagnose the problem. Service tech diagnosed a few issues and told us he was going to order some parts. A week goes by and Tekniton sends another technician that works on the dishwasher and he does not fix it, more parts neeeded. The next day i receive an email to rate my repair that Tekniton never completed/fixed. On August 25, I called Asurion and reported my issue, Tekniton sets up an appointment with me for September 3, 2020. On September 3, i receive a text that my service call was cancelled with no explanation. I call Asurion once again requesting to not use Tekniton again. The representative for Asurion stated Tekniton billed them as if my dishwasher was fixed and Tekniton claims they were trying...
Read moreLike the other reviews say, this company NEVER answers the phone. The first appointment just to come out and evaluate what was wrong with the fridge took 1 week. They then scheduled the actual repair 2 weeks out. The thought of not having a fridge for almost 4 weeks was tough, but it is what it is. Then the technician calls me the morning of the repair and said they overbooked him and he wouldn't be able to make it. I spoke to a Manager who then said their next earliest appointment is 2 weeks out. I asked why I was getting sent to the back of the line when it was their fault the appointment was missed and they gave me a non-answer about my repair being more difficult than most. $17,000 fridges are apparently disadvantaged compared to more "simple" refrigerators for Tekniton. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER...
