After an excessive 18-minute wait for what was promised to be "fresh fries," I was compelled to circle back through the drive-thru upon realizing my order was not delivered while parked. To my dismay, upon arriving home, the fry bag was nearly empty, containing a mere three fries. Seeking resolution, I contacted the store and conversed with an employee who presented herself as the acting manager. Rather than addressing the issue at hand, she deflected responsibility, claiming, "I stuffed that bag full of fries, I handed it to the guys up front, I don’t know what they did after that." This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to escalate the matter to the franchise level. For those considering this location, I advise you to reconsider. It's clear that there is a dire need for a complete overhaul of the evening staff. And to the employee who fielded my call, embracing a leadership role comes with the expectation of accountability and a commitment to service excellence. Simply Do...
Read moreThis happened a few weeks ago, but a friend and I were talking about fast food experiences today and we both had a similar story, and we believe we should bring it up to management before it worsens… I went to the BK on Cape Horn Road for dinner, and the food tasted great! The kitchen staff knows what they’re doing, and left me satisfied and willing to come back another time. However, The one girl who was taking orders did not seem to care as much. I couldn’t see her name tag, it was covered up by a sticker, but I saw her multiple times on her phone while orders were attempted being handed to her—she does not seem to care about this job OR the customers time. The manager on duty, I also don’t remember her name, had great attitude and respect towards me. She was shorter and had blonde hair in braids, and she told me I rule!! The other girl with bright pink hair and glasses needs to learn something from her, I’d hate to see this store turn out like the other stores in the area with low-work...
Read moreI've tried this location a handful of time's since their opening. I work later hour's as of late. So, the majority of the time's I've gone through recently is drive-thru within an hour of closing. In, the past month. I've gone twice. It seems either the preparer of orders doesn't know the menu, in a hurry to get ready to close, incompetent or doesn't care because it's late. 1st visit, I ordered a DBL Whopper w/Ch. Got, home. "1 patty" but PAID for 2. 2nd visit, ordered the Texas Whopper thinking I should get 2 Patty's. I did! But, NOO BACON! Order taker polite, food seemed fresh and was prepared in an adequate time. But, the preparer is ripping me, off!! Unclear, if I will be back at this point. Plenty of other...
