Once again, my order was messed up on a day that I was on my way to something and couldn't turn around. The kids ate anyway because they weren't going to be able to eat after the appointment. I called and was told they'd fix mine when I could make it in. I stopped in afterwards, about an hour or so later. Noone seemed exactly thrilled or happy to be there, but I didn't need smiling faces, just food. I note this only for those who require a smile with their service. They swapped the sandwich I had left for another and I was out the door. It was one very inconvenient day, but it wasn't the first time. I don't do McDonald's often because this is the norm, and every time it happens I ask myself why I stop there knowing I don't have time to have them fix it if it's wrong. Which happens to be the only time I stop there, when time is short, hence "fast food". It's just as convenient to go to the Wendy's across the street. They do get 3 stars instead of 2 because I have to take part of the blame. I knew what we wanted when I pulled up, was in a hurry, and didn't even notice that they added an order confirmation screen until I was pulling away, and my daughter had pointed it out. If I would have noticed the screen, I would have known that the order was rang incorrectly and prevented the issue in the first place. **Lowered rating because they get my order wrong literally EVERY time I go. I'm not even going to bother calling this time because what is the point. It's like they're not even trying. The one time they got the food right, they forgot the straw...
Read moreEvery time I come here, it's the same story. Even the simplest order takes forever, and have yet to have ever gotten good or even hot fries, and even then half the time the order is wrong! Order large double quarter pounder meal and get a medium single quarter pounder. Occasionally I'm lucky enough to get a burger that doesn't taste like it spent all day under a heat lamp. Additionally, the hours are the worst. First, 24 hours, then not open overnight on Saturdays (which itself has to be the dumbest night to do that), now they decided to close at 11! That was the ONLY thing going for this McDonald's! It's like they don't want my business, and I'll gladly take it elsewhere, PERMANENTLY! Ignorant people left the place lit up like it was open! Turn your lights off if you're closed!!!!!! Wendy's is open later, burgers taste 10 times better, and THE FRIES ARE ACTUALLY HOT AT WENDY'S! If I wanted to deal with a burger place that closed early, I would just go to five guys or Hardee's. Just go somewhere else, this place is absolutely the worst example of a fast food restaurant. When we were done taking our order at the drive through we didn’t hear if they told us to pay at the first window. We went up and waited at the first window for a min or two and the male employee working was clearly doing something so we figured they told us to pay at the second window. We pulled up and explained our confusion and this older women employee rudely exclaimed “You didn’t pay!?” Then snatched the drink out my hand (as if I was just gonna drive off with a drink) Then we apologized for the confusion and she was rude and dismissive. She took our card and processed the transaction. Then the male employee handed us our food and we apologized again. We got home and there was no hash brown and a up charge for our drink? Which was suppose to be a small? Not a medium? Assuming that was what the up charge could’ve been for?
