We did a pick up order for lunch. I ordered lunch and dinner for myself so my total was $37.82. My cheesesteak had very little sauce and pretty much no cheese. They put my sub and my onion rings in the same box and the meat was all over my onion rings which made them soggy. I had to add sauce and cheese to the sub. I called them to explain how soggy and messy some of my food was. Asked the manager for a refund for the sub and he told me I had to bring the sub back if I wanted a refund. So I did return it and he was a smartass. Told me to calm down. I told him I shouldn’t have to drive to their shop and return a nasty sub to get my money back. Obviously they lost a customer! As I was leaving he said “Bye” in a sarcastic tone so I gave him the finger. Not my best moment but I was hangry and you don’t tell a woman to calm down when she’s upset. Hope my baked ziti is better than the sub. Very unhappy customer!

The pizza tasted ok. I purchased an extra large Hawaiian deluxe and was actually disappointed. I’m a hard person to disappoint. However, the pizza slices weren’t even sliced all of the way through and they weren’t very even or close to being even in size. Some were significantly larger than others which also yielded very small slices. Plus, all of the toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza and they weren’t spread out evenly. The sauce was bland. However, I will say that the pizza had a good amount of cheese on it. I try to support local businesses but I should’ve bought papa John’s instead.

Great pizza, its a shame they keep skimping on toppings. The amount of crust along the edge went from 1-1.5 inches to now 2.5 inches. So a large pizza has the toppings of a small pizza. Don't be fooled, they skimp just as much with smaller pizzas too. We've been giving them numerous opportunities to improve but after months of rising prices and less and less toppings, I think we're ready to just stick to Mussos. Friendly service, great taste... If you really like crust lol

This place is just awful. Went there today to pick up my order that I called in. I signed up with my phone number last month to be a rewards member. For 100pts you get a $10 reward to use with your next purchase. I earned my reward the end of last month and thought I would take advantage my $10 credit and apply it to my purchase today. Boy was I wrong. None of the workers knew how to do it. A younger boy who was at the register asked another older guy at the restaurant for assistance at the register to help apply my reward. Well, he didnt know either and they both just looked clueless at me. The older guy then claimed I already used my reward. I said, "no sir I didn't and $10 deducted from 47 is not 47, its 37!" My bill should've been $37.09 not $47.09. I argued with them for at least 10 minutes and it was getting me nowhere. Then they claimed I should have an email with a code to scan, then that story changed to I should have a QR code on their website. Then they said the reward only works for online use and not in the restaurant and because I was paying with cash they couldnt or didn't know how. The younger guy was then telling the older guy that it looked like the computer was asking for a managers code to approve the reward and it was waiting for a managers approval. The older guy, whose English was hard to understand, didnt seem to understand the concept of a managers approval to apply the $10 credit towards my bill. I told them their rewards system is a joke. Its false advertising if they aren't going to honor it and also pretty sad they dont know how their own rewards system works! I ended up paying the bill and not getting my credit and when we got home, the food was disgusting. The cheese pizza barely had any cheese or sauce. It was dry and doughy. My son got a cheeseburger sub and he said the quality of meat was horrible. He said it was really gristley. My husband's wings were soggy. No crisp to them at all. Very low quality. Would not recommend. I heard this place was under new ownership and its worse now then before, and even before they sucked. They were constantly failing food inspections. I only went there thinking that maybe under new ownership things would be better but I wrong....

Very bad experience! I have been coming here for over 15years and have brought them lots of business. TODAY I begged my father to drive all the way from Glenville which is about 45mins away, just to go out to eat here. We ordered 2 WHOLE ITALIAN SUBS, MORE THAN HALF OF THE SUB WAS LETTUCE, AND HARDLY ANY MEAT AND CHEESE. I WAS EMBARRASSED TO SAY ANYTHING TO MY DAD, because I bragged about this place. When I went to the counter, the cashier did nothing, didnt try to fix the issue. Basically shrugged me off BY THIS TIME, MY DAD HAD EATEN HIS SUB DUE TO HIM STARVING. I STILL HAD HALF OF MINE LEFT. I saw the head server and told her to take a lookx she said well it depends who the cook is. WHAT? ALL THE SUBS SHOULD BE MADE THE SAME FOR EVERY CUSTOMER, EVERYDAY.!!!! THEY TOOK MY HALF OF SUB BACK, ADDED THE CORRCT AMT OF MEAT THAT SHOULD HAVE ORGINALLY BEEN ON IT TO BEGIN WITH. They did nothing about my fathers, which KNOWING FROM WORKING IN A PIZZA/SUB SHOP, yes, he had already eaten his, bc he doesnt like to complain. BUT SOMETHING SHOULD HAD BEEN DONE, EVEN IF IT WAS A $5 GIFT CERTIFICATE OR EVEN SPEAKING TO TONY THE MANAGER. I WAS ALSO SURPRISED TONY NEVER CAME OUT THE BACK TO SPEAK WITH HIS LOYAL BUT UPSET CUSTOMERS. NOT A GOOD LOOK AT ALL AFTER THIS TRIP I HONESTLY DONT THINK I WILL BE BACK OR PROMOTE THIS PLACE ANYMORE. I used to loooooove this place, they have amazing food, but I see depending whos working, will depend on what quality/or type of food you will get. I WILL NOT SPEND 45MINS OR HAVE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SPEND THE TIME, NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU WILL...

food (1 large special sub and 2 sandwiches and 2 salads) subs and sandwiches were delivered cold (luke warm at best) it took over an hour to receive it, when I took it back to Roma's; they said they were going to replace the whole meal, they actually only replaced one sandwich (and that sandwich wasn't even remade correctly) the rest of the food was given back to me still cold (actually even colder now after sitting for another 15 minutes) just now in a new bag, and the salads (which they gave the same ones back of those too) were all wilted from being delivered after riding around in the delivery drivers car for over 45 minutes stuffed in the same box with the once hot and now barely warm other food, again which was all stuffed in a pizza box. The worst or most frustrating part is that they had a chance to correct the situation, and they said that they were going to fix it, but they lied and just put my order into a different bag and claimed that they fixed it! Subpar quality food, and dishonest business ethics, makes a person wonder what other things such an unscrupulous business would lie about and does to it's customers, to steal a person's hard earned money, instead of providing a quality or atleast descent meal, for the money a person has to pay for their meal, plus all the other fees that are added on, that are charged, and them asking for a tip before you realize how bad your food and service is going to be, again and then the additional hidden delivery fees, and added service fees, for...
