Bojangles — Restaurant in York

I couldn't give a zero stars rating, but if it were possible, I would have. We were 3rd in line on the inside. Just before our order was taken, the cashier walked away to fill other orders.....for 25 minutes. Upon her return, she did apologize, but with attitude. She seemed to have trouble understanding simple English as I had to repeat my order multiple times. It also seemed I was meant to tell her what her job was, as she kept asking me how to ring it up. Once the order was made, it took more than another 25 minutes to get the order. Meanwhile, there was no tea in the lobby, and the inside was filthy. When we finally got the order, it was incorrect as it was missing an order of potato rounds, and there was no jelly. I went back to the counter to be greeted with more attitude. I had to wait another 10 minutes for COLD food (the rest was cold too), and when I asked for jelly, she said I should have ordered it with the food. I told her, "Sorry, I assumed you would know the words jelly biscuit would imply jelly should be included with the biscuit." The food was cold, the wait was beyond ridiculous, and the service was terrible! We will not be back to this "fast...

I know mornings are stressful and crazed in fast food. But my husband purchased breakfast for the family and they left out half our order. He couldn't reach anyone by phone, no one answered the social media posts he made. He knows to check before leaving the parking lot, but the one time he doesn't and half our family wound up just making something at home because the order wasn't completed. Although, he paid for the whole order. Someone got 3 free biscuits that day. The other time he stopped by, that time for lunch, he realized he'd paid another person's order instead of his. Got the right bag of food but the order he covered cost more. So, yay. Sadly, it's still better than Wendy's in York. But that's only because the black whatever that is on the Wendy's...

Bojangles is my favorite fast-food restaurant. However, I usually can't go to a Bojangles without them forgetting something be it something minor as a spork/straw/honey mustard up to a biscuit.

BUT NOT THIS ONE! This Bojangles location has NEVER messed up an order, and never left anything out of the bag/box.

Food is always good (no tiny burned up little chickens here). Staff is always on point. Excellent service!

There's a brand new location less than a mile from my house and after a few visits (and messed up orders), I preferred to continue making the drive out to York specifically for this locations awesome service!
