This Taco Bell is an absolute disaster and a blight on the fast food landscape. For over TWO YEARS every single soda from their fountain has been flat, tasteless, and utterly undrinkable—like they’re serving noncarbonated sadness instead of cola. It’s baffling how a chain this big can’t fix a soda machine in 24 months. Are they just allergic to maintenance?
The service? Glacially slow doesn’t even begin to describe it. I’ve waited over 30 minutes on several occasions and don’t even think about placing two mobile orders—they’ll hand you one bag, then tell you to drive around and get back in line for the second, like you’ve got all day to play their absurd game of fast food roulette. It’s a policy so infuriatingly stupid it feels like a personal insult.
The employees act like they’re being held hostage, with zero urgency or care. No smiles, no apologies, just blank stares and half-hearted shrugs when you point out a mistake—like the fact that my burrito was mostly lettuce and regret. The staff’s apathy is contagious; you can feel the life draining out of you the moment you walk in. The dining area is perpetually sticky, despite 3 employees mopping during their dinner rush. Save your money, your time, and your dignity and eat literally...
Read moreNothing about the employees, but this is the worst managed Taco Bell in America. I have been here twice when employees inform me that they cannot serve food because a manager is not on site. Another time at about 5 pm I was told at the drive through that they are closed, only to pull out just as the sign is lit up and employees enter the building. Then, because I’m a glutton for punishment, I ordered a breakfast burrito at 10 in the morning only to be told they have no eggs. I have attempted to order here about 6 times ever, and 4 of those times I left with nothing.
I have finally learned my lesson. Never again to this location.
Update: it’s been a year later and a power outage due to Hurricane Helene forced me to venture out for food. Taco Bell was open so I said why not. Got there at 9:15 in the morning at the drive-through and ordered breakfast. Was told they stopped serving breakfast even though the menu was still up. So I just ordered a cold diet, Mountain Dew. How could that be messed up? And a cold drink sounded great considering I had no power at home. Got to the window to pay for it and they’re out of diet Mountain Dew as well. i’m starting to think they know it’s me and just refuse to serve me....
Read moreThis has got to be one of the worst fast food experiences that I've ever had the displeasure of living through. The employee working the drive-thru looked and acted as if she would rather brush her teeth with a rock, than work. She was rude. Her responses were short. She got our entire order wrong (which was supposed to be five items), didn't even bother to repeat it back for accuracy. The food we did get was cold and looked like it had been crushed by something. My husband almost had to crawl out of the car window to hand her his debit card and to retrieve it. She barely reached her arm out. She didn't ask if we wanted sauces and when we asked for some, she threw a handful of random sauces into the drive-thru bin and stuck it out the window. We were missing some of our order but didn't realize it until we were home. We were not given a receipt, so going back would have been pointless, plus I didn't want to deal with it. I was telling my daughter about what happened and she described this lady impeccably. Obviously, she had the misfortune of having to deal with the same person. They haven't been back since and I think we are leaning in that...
