We love the pizza, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! We haven't ordered from this store in 3 months because of the horrible experience we had last time. I ordered online (with a 30-min delivery estimate) and then received a phone call over an hour later informing me that the store had just opened and they wouldn't be delivering any orders that day. After completing a scathing online survey, the manager called me personally to apologize and informed me there was a credit for a free pizza on our account. We decided to give it another try today and yet again, it was a disaster. I called to order over the phone so that I could confirm delivery and we could use the credit on our account. The first time I called, the phone disconnected 3 minutes into the call. I called back and it disconnected 2 minutes into the call. The third time, I'm guessing the call was answered in a call center somewhere because I could barely understand the lady I was speaking with. After telling me they don't deliver to our address (which was clearly news to me since we've had pizza delivered several times), she offered to connect me with someone in the local store to see if they could deliver for us. I thought I had called the local store?!? Anyway, after being on hold for almost 30 minutes, I hung up. It should take less than 3 minutes to order 2 large pizzas. This is beyond ridiculous and whoever owns this store should be ashamed of the experience you're providing your customers. Either get your business together or close it down... or sell it to someone who knows what...
Read moreI would say about a week ago the store was packed and you could tell they were very busy. Outside of the rude guy trying to bully the manager on duty for an accident that happened to his pizza. He was super rude and she clearly didn’t know how to do what the guy wanted.I feel so sorry for that poor girl she looked like she was very young. After she calmly told the guy she is not authorized to do so he flew off the handle. I don’t want to come back to Pizza Hut because of that in decent human being but I will say she handle that situation very calmly and was very sweet to the guy. EVEN OFFERED TO REMAKE IT. He was very rude to her. All I have to say is that man was an in decent human being Who clearly is well off and doesn’t understand how hard it is to work in customer service like that. But I love the york Pizza Hut and I’ve never had any problems!!! I appreciate the team. Store is very clean for a low staffed development. I will say they manage really well!!! I didn’t catch her name while I was there and you could tell she was holding back tears but she handled that situation very well and all I have to say to that girl is she did a very good job and handle not only that situation very well but she kept her cool and didn’t lose it. The pizza is very good and I am very satisfied...
Read moreOrdered the pizza bite pizza this past Saturday, they didnt have it. Told me all locations in this area was out, so they offered the stuffed crust pizza at the same price. I said ok whatever I'll try again. No issues, (I called the one off of 901 and heckle and they had it so they lied) anyways, besides the point. so I ordered the pizza bites again yesterday, I ordered pepperoni on half, mushroom on the other half, and no sauce, but regular sauce on the half with pepperoni. I get the pizza, no sauce on any and no pepperoni at all. Once the delivery driver gets here I explain why I have to put my neighbors address, mine does not show up for york, it shows up in clover, but I live right outside downtown york. 20 minutes from clover! Pizza hut is the only pizza place in york that doesn't pull my address up, anyways after I finish explaining and apologizing for his struggle trying to find my house, he simply says I need my pin back and walks off. I was shocked! The delivery boy from Saturday delivered in the hurricane weather and was super nice, I felt so bad, but this delivery driver was just rude. Needless to say, yall have lost a customer. We will go back to papa John's, they know how to read and make...
