Burger King — Restaurant in York

My wife and I placed an order at the York Burger King in York, SC at 7:28 pm on 21 Jul 19. We ordered 3 tacos, a Coke with no ice and an unsweetened tea with a lot of ice. The employee at the window repeated the order to me as she handed the drinks to me. The Coke had ice so I handed it back. She gave me another Coke and told me to pull forward and that an employee would bring the tacos. The unsweetened tea had so much sugar in it that my wife gagged when she took a sip from the cup. I went inside to exchange the tea. I took my place behind a woman who was protesting the fact that her order was not acceptable. When we opened our tacos at home, we were shocked to see how much grease had saturated the taco shells. Two thirds of the shells were covered in grease. Inside the shells were wilted lettuce the size of a quarter, a thin layer of something that looked like cheap meatless hot dog chili, a few pieces of thinly shredded cheese (I guess). From the look of tacos, I assume that they had been pulled out of the trash and thrown into the bad. One of really bent. Worst fast food meal that I have ever seen. The bright spot was the fact that they took the dirty sports socks out of my wife's tea before they put the lid on the cup - it...

I went to this location to buy dinner. I had coupons that just came out of Sunday’s paper. I handed the cashier at the coupons and she said the machine wouldn’t take them what it said was item not found so she tried multiple times multiple ways. It did not work so we called the manager named amber to see if she could fix the problem because I was running late to an appointment. So I didn’t have much time. So I tried to pull up a coupon online to see if that would work the code took, but she said she cannot use them because she needed a physical coupon. Why would it take it from a picture but not take it in on a Personal coupon that I had in my hand so amber tried it once and said she can’t do it so as the line behind me was growing I asked her for the address so I can call corporate and she told me to find the address myself and then walked away from me. If you’re in a manager position, that is not the proper behavior to treat a customer so not only did I see that the five people behind me saw the unprofessional...

I came in at 8:30 PM, I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone came to take my order, not even a "please wait, we'll be with you shortly." I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not even fresh. Based on the scalding hot sauce, lettuce, and red mush I assume was tomato, and the barely warm dried out chicken, I believe that this sandwich was made a while ago and reheated in the microwave. Earlier today I came in for lunch. I had good service then, but it is not right to get substandard service because I came in later in the evening.

There is trash on the floor near the drinks.
