I ordered dinner for my family online, paid for it and when I went to pick up the gate was halfway closed and the lady behind the counter was helping someone else. Once they were finished, I let her know I was there to pick up an online order. At which she told me there were no orders. I let her know I had ordered online and paid. She said what did you get, as I am trying to pull up the order she said what's your name? I told her and then I asked for a refund because I could tell she was upset. She said I'm the only one here, this isn't my store and I can't do refunds. I said well I need to get the refund for what I paid for. She said she found my order and then proceeded to tell me they were out of just about everything I had ordered. I again asked about a refund, nothing. I sat there for about 20 minutes trying to find a number online to contact because I had just spent $55 and included a tip. I again asked for some kind of assistance, a number, a manger, etc and all I was met with was no answers. I understand that she was alone, I understand that she couldn't make my order but to take it in out on me, to show no compassion or understanding, and then walk away because she said she didn't have time for my a** anymore was beyond my belief. Now the young kid with black hair and braces... "Mason" possibly? He is terrible and to say he sucks is an understatement. Kid didnt know what he was doing and his little side comments were unnecessary. This kid was getting overwhelmed and taking it out on customers but also getting distracted. His work is what you'd expect from somebody working there with no training. He needs to find another job because customer service is definitely not his thing.
Finally I will say that he charged me footlong price for a 6" sub, but out of respect for the customers behind us, I chose to get out of there as soon as possible.
30 mins to get 3.5 subs... They were running low on mayonnaise and he had the audacity not to put any on my sandwich because there were other customers behind us... made no sense, considering I guess they (customers) could get it, but I couldnt? Instead, he cut up 4 mayonnaise packets to put on my sub.

Read moreOrdered 12 inch club with vegetables. Tomatoes did not look fresh, olives were old and were turning white. Lettuce was going brown. The olives tasted sour (spoiled). Later got very sick with food poisoning. Worker was not friendly and had an attitude the whole time and also put an unnecessary amount of sauces on it. Floor was disgusting and did not look clean. I came in here a few years ago and it was the same way, so i assume it hasnt been cleaned in a while. When you walk you would hear your shoes stick to the floor and you can see puddles and smears on the ground. Drink machine didnt have ice (not a big issue) but the drinks didnt taste right. The dr.pepper was okay but the diet coke tasted gross with a sour aftertaste. Worker got mad when we asked to pay the sub on one card and the drinks on a different one (the order was not even put in yet because i did not want to waste her time and cancel the order) She also got annoyed when we had asked if we were supposed to take a cup from the front, which most fast food places do not have. Worker also talked bad about customers who looked at the menu and left after realizing how nasty the place was. Will not be eating here again, just go to the subway...
