UPDATE 2/12025 I don't know what has changed but it is a vast improvement from before. I swore not to ever patronize this store again but that still small voice inside me led me to try again. I visited the store twice in as many days. Staf is polite and curious, food is as expected. I think they may be understaffed because it takes a minute to be waited on but at least you now get waited on. Keep up the good work Burger King, our neighborhood needs you
Absolutely the worst service, if they wait on you at all. My wife and I stopped about a year ago, as we stood at the counter we could clearly hear the people arguing as to which one had to go to the counter to wait on us. Neither would come. My wife and I left and went to Arby's. A few months ago I tried to order but I was very rudely informed, as if it was my fault, they had no hamburger meat. Yesterday I stopped and after waiting for one of the workers to help a customer use the kiosk, all the while showing pictures on her phone and even taking a call on her cell phone, she came to the counter only to inform me, very nicely I must say, that I can only order at the kiosk. She could not take my order at the counter, she could only take my cash there. I don't understand how they can take your drive through order but they aren't allowed to take your order at the register? I feel this is a systemic problem at the management level, it is the only way poor service can exist for such a long period of time. Read moreAWEFUL. I used to be a regular customer here but I refuse to do business with these people any longer. Every single time I came through they'd mess up my order one way or another but I was always polite and just figured it wasn't worth waiting in line again. Well the one day I ordered and instead of a beef patty they just gave me three buns together with some lettuce with ketchup on it on the side. As usual the fries were hard and cold. So I took my order back to them and the middle aged woman manager got up in my face and told me she knows I'm lying, that I'm just trying to get free food out of them, and that she's never seen me before. I was so angry, I've been a great customer, even tipping sometimes, I was always patient, and I've been coming there several times a week over the past few months. Even if I was just trying to get free food by having them replace my order, no manager should treat a customer that way.
