Terrible Terrible Terrible service!!! I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through line to even place my order. When I ordered my food they were out of the food I wanted so I ordered something else. For my drink selection they were out of three different choices that they're suppose to have! Smh when I got to the window I paid for my food and they were out of the chicken I ordered so instead of mild they offered me spicy or they told me I could wait that it would be 10 minutes and that they will bring my food out to me. I said that's fine I'll wait.I waited for over 20 minutes and still had no food!!!!! I went back to the window and asked them to refund me my money. The manager came over to apologize & told me they're getting my order together right now and then asked me how can she make it right? I told her I waited over 20 minutes for my food When I was told 10mins & I'm still waiting!!! You can compensate me for my time by giving me a refund! I shouldn't have to pay for food after all this time! This is a fast food restaurant and I came through the drive thru and I've been here now for 30mins waiting for food!!! She agreed to refund me my money but told me she would not give me free food. They never give Free food! If I pay for the food she would give me a free drink! Are you serious? The drink comes with the meal it's already paid for it!!!! I had no problem paying for the meal initially but after all this time & your crappy service I refuse to pay for my food. I said forget it I don't want anything but my Money & my receipt back so I can call corporate your service sucks and then she refused to give me my receipt & went back-and-forth with me in the drive-thru holding up customers.I told her to let me take a picture of my receipt and she refused! I had never been to a popeyes before and my boyfriend was raving about how great it was. We stepped in and waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before someone came over. The cashier gave us severe attitude about ordering like it was a punishment for her. We sit down to eat and all the tables were dirty. So as im eating and I need ketchup. I got up and come back and on my way back I realize my shoes were sticking to the floor. Idk why the floor was sticky, but I looked around on it and it was super dirty under every table. There were dead flies in the window and literal chunks of food on the floor all around like someone hadnt swept in 3 months. While enjoying our meal everything was waxy. I know it sounds weird but everything had this super weird taste. Even my pro-boyfriend didnt enjoy it. To top it off one of the employes decided to talk about her whole life story. We were all the way across the restaraunt and we could hear her clearly. She did not care that we had kids and included profanities in her creative background of a lifetime and as a last straw everyone got sick later on that day. I WILL NOT...

Where should I start? Sides were tiny and greasy. A large drink is 5$. So with 13$ worth of coupons, (for two three piece and a side meals) we still paid 25$ for lunch. I used the ladies room and there were multiple types of pubic hairs stuck to the bowl, the toilet need flushed (unless yellow with ashes is the norm?) and the floor was disgusting. There were three males working and I don't normally have a problem with accents but jeez! I asked for cups and the guy just walked away to help at the window or something. He didn't come back to the register until our food was up, still with no drinks. I had to ask twice more before we got our 5$ each drinks. We ate in the dining room, and the air was so cold, I was freezing. They had propped doors open (maybe this was an ongoing problem?) and let in this giant wasp looking thing that we watched lay eggs on old napkins left on a table.
