CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Youngsville

The coffee was good. But the bad rating is for the bad customer service. This was my first time at this location. And can I see why there wasn't much traffic here. First thing is when I walked in the staff didn't acknowledge me. One staff was to busy talking to a girl appear they are friends due to the conversation. Odd reason had his arm under his apron. I went to the restroom I came back. The guy still talking to the girI , than she left. I stood there as both staff silently just stands there watching me. Not saying a word nor asking what I would like to order. The one staff still had his arm under his apron. I said hi and they replied only because I spoke to them. Than as I waited for my drink. There was another staff 3 in total standing talking. I overheard one of them saying why are you putting your finger in there. There a customer literally sitting right there (referring to me of course). As I got my drink the staff that handled me my coffee gave me a bent straw. I just shook my head and left. I don't try to do too many reviews on places but when my order either gets messed up too many times or tastes bad i have to say something about it customer service is ok it depends on who you get they used to get my order right when i first started going there but after a while they would start to ask if i was sure i wanted to add this or that extra to my drink because it might not taste right i've been to plenty of other cc's before and have never had a problem with my order and they never questioned what i wanted to add to it there was one instance i saw the girl behind the counter in drive thru ask if the other member added the extra stuff i ordered he said yes but when i stopped to take a sip of my coffee it didn't taste anything like what i usually ordered it was so bitter i couldn't finish it and its happened multiple times not just once my friend who works at a cc's said that if the coffee taste like that it means someone is burning the shots either way will not...

If you go to this CCs, you can guarantee you'll get a great coffee! Served by baristas who go above and beyond! You can also guarantee these baristas are overworked, underpaid, and work in a toxic environment lead by a man child. Not only does he not know how to run a Professional business (the lovely baristas do that for him) he doesn't appreciate his employees because they're "expendable." He doesn't deserve the credit given to him for all the hard work they do while he's in the office watching YouTube videos. Or watching the cameras to take pics on his personal phone of woman he finds attractive. (Also sends the pics to male employees or shows them) So the next time you want a great coffee, go here! Don't forget to cover yourself up ladies.There's definitely more that goes on here that's so unprofessional, this doesn't even scratch the surface. Definitely won't be returning here.
