Customer service was okay at first. When My Diet Coke came it tasted absolutely disgusting so I asked for a diet Dr Pepper. She told me it taste nasty to her, but I figured I’d try it because I have never had a nasty diet Dr Pepper so she brought it and it actually did taste worse. Just said I’ll take a regular Coke and that was good. At that point, I noticed a little bit of attitude, but I brushed it off. I was absolutely shocked that my daughter liked her lemonade because it was Absolutely disgusting. Then I was looking at the menu again, and I noticed that there was a price that said $3.69 for soda and a different price that said $3.99 for a fountain drink so, I was curious to see how much was the soda and lemonade we got, especially because I had Enough money for the food plus tax and plus tip Being that I already had researched the prices on the menu before coming. So when I ask how much the soda was, they said $4.44 (before taxes) and on the online menu it says $3.69 so when I asked why they explained that after 4 PM, the prices go up explain to her that I came with just enough money for the amounts that were a day ago on their website and at that point she really had an attitude made me feel horrible and don’t think that’s right. I wasn’t being rude or anything like that and I explained why I asked.etc... So she came back with an attitude, saying they adjusted the price then, after that, I understand they were busy, but we were almost done with our food before she even brought us our ketchup that we had asked for that actually, I asked my daughter to walk up to the bar to ask for it and She came back without it because our waitress told her she would bring it But didn’t for a while. So I felt that that was part of maybe her being bothered that I questioned the amounts of the drinks. Then, when the bill came, I noticed there was a different price on the garlic knots (1.00 more), but the mozzarella sticks $9.99, the Special calzone $14.95, the cheeseburger $13.95, the fish and chips $15.95 all had the correct price. So of course I asked her about it and with an attitude, she just said she didn’t know nor did she say the price went up for that after four also she just said she didn’t know so at that point I said well can you ask your manager? She eventually comes back with an attitude saying she fix it super rude. Nowhere in the website did I read(unless I missed where it said it) that prices go up after 4 PM then I was told the prices are the same if you sit inside, but the fact that I brought any of it up was the problem. I was treated with a bad attitude. That’s why I checked the prices before coming here to make sure I had enough money to come here. So I don’t understand why they would get upset if I’m questioning the price. The website itself said it was updated a day ago so I assumed the prices were correct. now, at the end of it, they did adjust it, but with an attitude, when I asked to speak to the supervisor (bar tender)because of how I was treated, I just wanted to explain The reason of why I was questioning it, and her attitude was even worse, which she proceeds to explain to me that the reason why the prices go up is because they have to pay the entertainment and if I had set inside, it would’ve been the correct prices. I did not know that the waitress told me that at the moment I went inside. So after speaking to her it made sense as to why the waitress felt so comfortable treat me that way in front of my kids.. This has been my third or fourth time here and never an issue but because of this customer service horrible experience today we will not be coming back. But I will say the fish & chips were absolutely delicious. The garlic knots were delicious. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. My daughter really liked the special calzone and my son like the cheeseburger. Also, if you pay with cash you get a discount. The rest of review is on the first picture. No matter the amount of money she should have not treated me like that. I...
Read moreTo be honest, I didn’t even want to give it a one star me and my friend go there quite occasionally least once a week and have been for a very long time now every time we come to that we spent at least 150 bucks food and drinks. It’s always been for the good service in a good environment.we have always had fun there but I must say that yesterday‘s experience was beyond belief. My jaw just dropped. I was on the brink of walking out of there on two different occasions, but my friend insisted that we stay. the service there was unbelievably absolutely horrible. The bartender manager Kim was so obnoxiously, rude and disrespectful. on many different occasions, not only yelling and cursing using foul language on her staff, but using foul language on customers, actual paying customers, I even seen an elderly couple get yelled and cursed at as they were told that they could leave if they didn’t like the wait times I just can’t believe my eyes or my ears. I myself asked for a beer instead of her, acknowledging my order she just shook her head and gave me the wrong beer. when i Explained to her that I didn’t want this. I wanted a different beer. She said you need to speak up and proceeded to use foul language against me yelling at me I will never ever ever attend this place again it is such a shame because it’s a beautiful Beautiful establishment and I love what they just recently did it to Place but I will not be returning me or my friend or any of my other friends I hope upper management does something about this Kim girl she’s not manager material she’s not even customer...
Read moreUpdate: Went for fried fish which came with fries and a little slaw and it was good, but suspect not battered on premises as drier and tougher hard crust than expected. Wish styrofoam and plastic wouldn't be used for the slaw and tarter, and that non plastic disposables be used for the cutlery. Won't order the fish again, but as I stated in original review, calzones are delish. Tiki culture lives on in the outdoor bar which is best accessed by the alley between the P.O. and the restaurant. Started off with a pitcher of draft beer poured into icy cold glasses and then moved on to a perfectly baked calzone filled with ricotta, sausage, green peppers, mushrooms and a very tasty tomato sauce--you can ask for more sauce on the side too. Since they are made up fresh, you'll have to wait close to 1/2 hr., but who cares when you're warned in advance and it's good when it comes? Besides, who goes to a tiki bar to run in and out? We're on island time there! Kick back and relax. Wish they'd rotate in some island tunes though--no need for it to be the only music played, but periodically it would be a fun addition to the ambiance. They said they are expanding the outdoor area, so I imagine that will be a great help for the entertainment and allow...
