If I could Rate this location a zero, I would. The management or lack of needs to be re- trained in customer service Not only with customers, but with their own staff. From the minute we walked in, to the time we left the whole experience was less than desireable. The experience started when we entered the dunkin donuts, we stood there waiting for 10 min without anyone acknowledging us waiting to place an order. We were waiting very patiently because it was a busy Sunday morning. Many employees walked past us waiting to order and not one person acknowledged us . I finally had to great a Staff member and say good morning and ask if anyone can take our order. The employee then turned to a male manager and asked him what they were doing about in person orders . The manager then proceeded to tell us they were too busy and could not take our order at the counter and we had to go out to drive through or order through the app A sign posted could have avoided THIS FIRST ISSUE . We are not from the area and didn't have our phones wirh us. We then had to go to drive through to wait another 15 min. Now expeiencing a very Rude impatient emplyee taking our order . While ordering we had to confirm 3 times what our order was, it was almost as if the person taking the order was not paying attention. When we get to the window to pay, we are handed 1 coffee and our donuts. We were waiting for the other 2 coffees. The employee at the window then asks if we are all set and if we needed anything else. We replied that we are waiting for the rest of our order, when a female manager jumps in and rudely tells us that the order is not done and they are still making it. We simply responded to the employee's question. We then prodeed to get the rest of the order only for it to be WRONG!!! The Female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional not only to us as customers , but to her staff as well , which made for a very unpleasant experience for the staff member and us. This was my first time in this area and I am a faithful Dunkin customer. I am in a customer service business and this was a total failure on...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had when I went through the drive thru. The lady taking my order kept on interrupting me as I was stating what I wanted. Kept messing up my order when I was saying my order. When at the pickup window noticed the coffee was stale and had the burnt flavour. When asked how fresh, the worker said it was brewed over an hour ago, this is no fresh. I had to return the coffees 4 times, as the warm coffee was served cold with the burnt flavour. Each time it was "being corrected" it was either cold or the wrong sizes. Out of frustration of the longest wait in a drive thru, we just gave up and parted with burnt coffee. It was about 20 minutes before we could place our order, then about 40 minutes at the window. the order was simple 2 medium iced coffees, one regular coffee, and one Americano. I am confused as to how this took so long. At one point, when explaining that the warm Americano was cold, the girl said she was done her shift and would let the guy know in the back. While I waited for my order I saw them making the same sandwich we tried to order for someone else after we were told they didn't sell it at the time because it was the afternoon even though it said all day eats. They burnt the sandwich they made for the person and wrapped it up like it was normal. The inside had garbage all over the floor and it was overall the worst experience ever. I was on a time limit so I missed out on what I was supposed to...
Read moreI’ve came here twice in the past month, and I can say these are the rudest workers I’ve seen there to this day. I also work in food and can understand frustration with being overwhelmed, they were not busy when I went at 3 pm. I had a lot of patience when ordering thru a broken speaker at the drive thru, but I was asked to go to the window and was informed they were out of croissants which was a bit annoying but hey what can you do, so we pull up to the window to be greeted by mad workers, why? I don’t know. We decided to go inside since we weren’t finished with our order and when we asked to see a small menu because the speaker didn’t work, we were told they’d be right back and never received it. Inside we were told they DO have croissants, great! We asked for a bagel sausage and was told “blueberry or this other option” why would I choose if it’s a sandwich? so I asked “is there regular?” And was scolded for asking so I decided to choose something else. I’ve also come another day and there was only one male worker who got my order wrong and when I brought it to his attention had the biggest attitude. Even after all of this I was respectful and said thank you, I don’t know if everyone who works here is in a bad mood but I hope it changes because Dunkin’ Donuts is very good, their workers?...
