Rico's Pizza — Restaurant in Yuba City

Been going to Rico's since I was a kid when they had an actual sit in restaurant on bridge st it used to be great. But got a party pizza tonight and it was horrible hardly any sauce the crust was chewy and dry the cheese was basically non existent. Pizza was luke warm and the service was horrible loud rap music playing when we walked in. When we called to complain about it the person on the phone who claimed to be the manager was rude and basically said we were lying because she helped make it and it was good. She refused to except my complaint and when I said I'd find someone above her she said okay she just didn't care. I'll never go back. Called to see if there crust has Dairy in it. The lady that answered told me they use a premix pizza dough from Cash and Carry. She insisted I call cash and carry and ask them myself if there premix pizza dough contains dairy because they had a lunch rush going. If you are vegan, or have a dairy allergy, I would advise against going to this place. The owner should take a look at the reviews, and provide feedback to his/her employees. It makes Zero sense for me to call YOUR vendor to see if the premix YOU use has...

Very rude people. I will never try to order from these a-holes again. Went into the place to place a order to go, didn't even say a word to me, I just looked at the sign saying cash only...they just kept looking at me, then shook their shoulders up n down like oh well....I get on Facebook letting people know that they only take cash, but Rico's refuse to tell people before people drive a long way to just turn around and leave wasting gas...cash only! They never advertised...
