China Bowl — Restaurant in Yucaipa

September 13, 2009. I ordered Combo B and was served by a nice woman, but my husband was served by a very rude lady whose name is Sue, he ordered Combo C, this Sue rolled her eyes as my husband ordered. My husband asked if he could have 2 entrees separated from the rice because he didn't want one spicy entree to touch his rice but this lady didn't do it. When I ordered a drink, this Sue picked a cup and touch the inside of my cup with her fingers. I asked for a different cup that she didn't touch the inside of and she rudely said that we can look at the video since they have cameras to prove that she never touched the inside of my cup. I told her to go ahead and look at the video, and then she says she's busy. I asked for my money back and returned the food that my husband and I ordered. This lady as we walked out was yelling, "This is not even worth it." This Sue is very rude. She owes us an apology. If she doesn't know how to be nice to customers then she should not work serving people. We had a very bad experience at China...

Do not trust these people or order off their DoorDash menu. I ordered 2 of their duck dishes which is $28 per order. They replaced the roast duck which they claimed to not have with a different kind of duck dish that was $10 more. When my dasher gets there I call the restaurant to double check that they indeed had duck because they’re difficult to understand with their broken English. A lady answered and told me they had no duck at all and only serve chicken, pork, and beef which are way cheaper than duck. She tried to get me to replace duck and chinese mushrooms which they also didn’t have with chicken and broccoli which is like $6 on their menu compared to the $30 for the duck dish. Not even offering the chicken at the regular price. No, they wanted the duck price for fuc* chicken! An at least...

Well i thought i would give them another try after they changed owners. First time was disappointed with the customer service and the food. Today customer service was good but the fried rice was dry the orange chicken was dry with no sause with it. The broccoli beef was ok but no sause. Don't think ill be going back. Use to be a really good place. Well i came back firguring almost a year might change the place. If your hungry they give plenty of good. No sweet and sour chicken or pork. Had the broccoli beef and the onion chicken both had no flavor will not go back Went there again should have known better broccoli beef had a wired taste to it some of the beef could not eat rice seems to be 3 to 4 days old 8 dollors for rice and one item no way...
