Mattress Firm Yucaipa Valley Center — Hotel in Yucaipa

I first contacted the corporate office asking questions. I previously had purchased a top of the line Temper Pedic mattress. It's been a while, but the mattress developed sinking holes with edges that stopped recovering, even though it was rotated several times. I was advised by the e rep at Mattress Firm, to communicate with Temper Pedic, since I was still under warranty, 11 th year. Previous communication with Temper Pedic rep, I was told by her that I was out of the 10 year warranty, she misinformed me to get rid of me. So after intensive and educational discussion about their mattresses at Mattress Firm, I was directed to go to the local retail store in Yucaipa. I arrived there in the evening after dinner, and there still was a rep vacuuming the floors, I thought she was maintenance, but she turned out to be an extremely well attitude and helpful rep , even bringing us water, let us take our time sampling the mattresses, while having an open communication with the previous corperate rep at the same time. Bottom line we purchased a split Cal King with adjustable foundation. AND NOT A TEMPER PEDIC. Even though this is truly a review about the Lady REP and the team at mattress firm, I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM TEMPER PEDIC, THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT AND AVOID DEALING WITH THEIR WARRANTY GIVEN. Remember their adds many years ago that they had the best foam, well that was a lie, because recently the purchased a foam company that was producing better foam than theirs to ELIMINATE the competition. In this world of retail and online, no one is held accountable for their lies and actions, like Temper Pedic did lie in their adds. We had been needed a new mattress for awhile now and decided to check the newish Mattress Firm that opened up down the street during the president's day Sale. This was definitely a spur of the moment thing but let me tell you it was completely worth it! Mo was of exceptional help for my girlfriend and I deciding which mattress was best for us. We went in with a specific budget, but after getting approved for much more than I anticipated we adjusted accordingly. Let me tell you, Mo never pressured us into a more expensive mattress. In fact, he let us do our thing deciding between the lower model and higher model. He even was checking for any clearance deals for us on higher models for more savings. Needless to say, we ended up with the higher end model I hadn't really looked at and we couldn't be more happier. Never pressured into a decision! From the jump he was asking questions to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, this is like car shopping almost and Mo was such a big help in showing us the differences between models and bases, etc. every question was answered with honesty and no pressure trying to upsell.
