I came here last week with my husband and ordered a meatball marinara sub in a wrap. The lady making my sub couldn't stop complaining about it from the beginning. I understand it may not be a popular order but I felt like she hated making it. At the beginning she accused me of lying about getting this sub in a wrap before, I thought it was pretty bold to accuse a customer of lying. Regardless, I continued to tell her what I'd like on my sub wrap. Before and after every ingredient she had a complaint and even said "don't sue us if your wrap falls apart, you look like the type." She told me several times I must be a messy person to like this sub. By the way, the sub wrap was the least messiest sub I've ever gotten from Subway. There have been many messier sandwiches so the comments were just ignorant. I asked to toast the wrap and she told me she couldn't and that anyone who did must love burning their hands. I had no problem and stated to the worker that the other subway must have had oven mittens and I understand that she can't toast it. She told me no subway has oven mittens and the other subway employees just burned their hands for me... at this point my husband was baffled as well. This was odd. Being told I seem like the type to sue on top of all the complaining will make me never go back here again. Try the other subway in Yucaipa or go to Redlands if you have to. If this lady isn't working you might have a fine experience, I've seen the man working for years and its always a fine experience....
Read moreIf I could I would give 0. My son gets the Turkey footlong with just pickles but lots of pickles. They refused to add a lot of pickles. I then talked to the manager explaining that if they replaced every item that he didn't get with pickles that would be more what they put. She then grabbed a few more pickles and put them on the sandwich. I said can I have a few more on the end which only had a couple. The manager then told the worker to take the pickles off thre sandwich and count them. The worker got a paper towel and counted out the pickles to see if it amounted to more than the 7 items they would have replaced. The worker got a paper towel and took every single pickle of and counted them. It was 25 with the extra she put. The worker dumped them back on the sandwich. They didn't go to the end so I said can you put a few more on the end without pickle. She said no and then told the worker to put some back. The worker took a few off and put them back in the pickle container. I was shocked so I told her to put lots of honey mustard on both sides of the sandwich. When they closed it I walked out. Didn't want them to put everything back and cross contaminate...
Read moreThis evening 8/29/19 i took my daughter around 6:00 to have dinner here. I ordered 2 subs and 1 salad. It took forever for the guy to make our subs and when he made my salad he couldnt find a container to put it in. He asked another guy and he told him to look in the back. We waited and waited. Finally he brought a container out and asked what dressing did i want? I told him Italian. He brings back fat free ranch. I told him no i want Italian dressing. He checked the box of dressings and couldnt find any Italian. The lead guy came from the back and the guy helping me asked him if there was Italian dressing in the back. The lead guy said no and walked away with no apology. The guy helping me said sorry and rang up my order. No discount or cookie for the inconvenience. I was gonna sit there and talk with my daughter tonight and eat but ended up taking it home. I will never go to Yucaipa Subway again!! They don't care about...
