McDonald's — Restaurant in Yucaipa

I have been through this drive-through three times now, and each time, I am giving the place a new chance. It's McDonald's, and it is one that is ony way home and convenient. However, this specific McDonald's is so slow, unapologetically! The first time, I went through and ordered the new bagel sandwich after waiting literally 20 min. On my way to work, I had the girl who walked out to my car clearly feeling bad, saying she could see if she could offer my meal for free. The manager, standing 10 ft from the car, heard her and yelled over why? Here is the food... The next time, my son used the app, so I didn't have a choice but to go there. Got to the drive thru, no order. The guy at the speaker Said, well, do you want to order? So I did. It took 12 min to get the food. The last time. Ever! I was starving. I thought one last try. Pulled into the drive-through 9pm. There was a long line. Strange, I thought. We all sat in line waiting for the cashier to take our order for 20 min. I was stuck by cars behind me and in front of me. Eventually, someone started taking orders. The guy in front of me questioned them, saying, "What took so long," and the reply was, "I'm here now, Do you want to order?" This McDonald's is unbelievable. The management is poor. I drive out of my way to Jefferson now. Corporate should step in. I have been in retail management for years and food service as well, and while I realize fast food is difficult, most places do it well. If they make mistakes, they say...

I am sorry i can only give 1 star to this place ,my husband and I stopped just for coffee and 1 apple pie for me on our way home. it was around 4 to 5 pm ,there were only 3 customers ordering/waiting for their orders ,maybe 4 and only 2 or 3 cars at the drive thru everyone waited soooo long for their orders ,one gentleman got upset ,he had been standing there for a long time for justv2 happy meals to go ,we waited almost 15 minutes for just 2 coffee. my apple pie was rubbery and chewy,the floor was littered with papers ,napkins etc...,no one was cleaning the tables we wanted to drink our coffee on the premises but couldn t find a clean table to sit at ,like i said it was not busy at all ,one of the employes came to the one who was working the cashregister and complsined about another coworker saying that person was an "a$$..h.le" ...it is too bad ,this location is in a newer shopping center this is a newly large remodeled McDonald with a large play area for kids and very modern ,it is not being run well to say the least ,to be fair the only positive thing i can say about it ,is that the...

The one time I go to McDonalds in 5+ years, not even exaggerating. I stopped coming to McDonalds because the staff are totally incompetent, and because the food is absolutely trash. By the looks of the reviews, this building is no different. Anyways, my friend said "It's free fries day, my guy. Check the app." I downloaded the app and told them my code for the fries. They said it didn't work, and the manager there said she'd just charge a dollar. I get to the window, ask again, and they confirm the deal came up but it didn't work still. I just told them I'll cancel it and left. The girl looked at me weird like I was the one who couldn't punch in a simple code.
