Not the best waba i ever been to. I love waba personally its over priced like a mother but i can turn a blind eye because the food is tasty. I hate when im short handed though. Ive more than payed my dues. This place try to give me one little little container of jalapenos/carrots. Other stores at least give you filled sandwich baggies of carrots this one was containers the same ones they put the chopped onions in. when i asked for more they tried to tell me there gonna charge me for more i was one heart beat away from asking for my money back. At the end i ended getting six containers of carrots not charged and that still wasnt enough as a baggy would of been. Dont cheap out on the carrots or people wont come back to your location. No one has ever cheeped out on carrots like that before. There were no chopsticks. The place is still outdated looks more like a chinese fast food store than a waba. For me i was insulted by trying to charge me for something that used to be load as much as you want. They try to hit me with the shortage of because of covid story. Read moreMy family and I went to WaBa grill and ordered three bowls, all with brown rice and one with no chicken do to dietary limitations. When we came home with the food, all the bowls had white rice and the bowl that shouldn't of had chicken had chicken. My mom called the restaurant and Scott picked up (he was also the one who took their orders), my mom told him what had happened very calm at first and the first thing he said is that she was lying. He would not let her talk, he accused her of just wanting free food. When my mom asked for the manger he said he was the manager. After a minute I called back to see if I could get anywhere with the situation. Scott picked up and when I told him who I was, the first thing he did was put me on hold very rudely, when I talked to him very calmly just to see who else I could talk to he wouldn't give me any information. Read moreEdit-they are very quick to respond to a negative review , less then 24 hours ,I did as they asked and reported it to the site and over 3 months later i have not been reached out to about resolving this , they obviously don't care about the customers or food safety as they say , very disapointing , dropping rating down to a one star in all categories waste of time and money do not eat here
Got some tacos drove home(5 minute drive) and the meat was already super cold like it wasn't being kept warm in store , it comes in a sealed container so it should not of cooled down that fast
