Brewers Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Yuma

The food was pretty good but the service was horrible. It was mid afternoon and not even busy in there and from the moment we walked in we had such a bad experience. Our waitress ( her name was Ruby E.) was absolutely rude and could care less about us. We sat and waited forever for her to come and take our drink order and then waited again to order our food. We had never been there before and had questions about recommendations on food and she was obliviously annoyed we were asking anything from the look on her face and tone in her voice. We had our kids with us as well and their food included their drink and instead of charging us the right way she decided she would make us pay for their soda they got as like it was an adult for soda ( which it was not) and put my water which is free as their drink. After we paid for everything my husband was finishing his beer and she kept rushing us to leave but never came over once during the actual meal to see how we were doing. Worst experience EVER! We will never be going back...

Atmosphere is good if you want to watch sports. Our server I believe is part of the reason that our food was cold. I also believe it was half the cooks because my steak was amazing however my husband's burger was overdone dry almost like leather and he had to send it back his fries were way overdone burnt crispy and my asparagus was shriveled burnt not good at all but like I said my steak was amazing. We also had an issue with the beer and they even tested it and it wasn't good so I had gotten the big blue van I'm not sure what the deal was with it but it was horrible The second one that I got the orange that had the orange whatever in it it was really good we've had wings at several different places and I'm going to have to say I feel like they don't really care about their wings I can honestly say tacos and beer have better wings than they do and also weezys and several other places! So all in all I would give this place a total of a one unless you're just going straight for the atmosphere and then I would...

This is Arizona... UofA country and they have all boxing and ufc playing... ask the hostess 2x to put UofA game and nothing... asked our server 3x and nothing... this is sad... I can understand if it was another states team but UofA... come on... .. Finally, 8 minutes left in the game.. about time.. this place is really slow.. understaffed.. I guess poor staffing an management... doubt we'll return.. rather wait for table but get good srvc at burgers n beer. But wait, 30 minutes after ordering an we finally got some of our food... flatbread was cold,, never got quesadilla we ordered, another's salad came out about 7 mnts later, yup a simple side salad. Drinks was a mess, canceled beer after 20mnts wait, others mixed drink wasn't right but not worth returning an risking the wait again.. others at table just went to drink station for refills since no one ever offered refills or checked on us.. Great job management.. laying the sarcasm on thick there. 5 stars on a SOLID...
