So I went to Starbucks today to order a iced brown sugar shaken espresso grande. To my surprise after waiting in line, I was told they were out of grande cups with no sign posted and was offered to purchase a tall or ventie which I don't get either. The reason is because it changes the consistency either way I do grande so I asked if they could make the grande consistency in a venti cup, I don't want it filled up which I was than rudely told that I had to get tall or ventie and that it would be done as such which was rude and plainly obvious that they were irritated as I was but I kept my composure did not order anything and left.
