Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yuma

I recently moved and closest dominos location is 4th Avenue location. I ordered pizza today and received it looking like it was salvaged from a massive hurricane. So I get it, the driver must’ve been driving fast..ok so just re-do my pizza. The fact that I call and Daisy not only questions my integrity, she leaves me on hold for quite a while to tell me”ok I want the pizza we delivered back” I’m not sure if you all have ordered from dominos before but never ever have I been asked to give back any pizza and with covid.. really? 4th Ave dominos you just lost me! Ordered online order was excepted and paid for. Driver called having problems with address. He said they don't deliver to my address. He was just a few miles away. He called the manager and said he would get right back to me. No call back. Called him twice.No answer, called dominos. Said I could pick it up or meet him. Received our order. Pizza was cold. When we asked about pepper and parm cheeze, was told by driver we had to ask for it. Well we ordered on line and it said nothing about charging for cheese and peppers. Not even napkins. When i called the store and talked with the manager, she sounded clueless.
