Iā€™m on a mission to try every taco shop in Yuma! Juanitaā€™s was recommended to me by several people and was billed as one of the best spots for fish and/or shrimp tacos. We stopped in for an early lunch on Saturday and the food came out quick. We had 3 people in our group and everyone enjoyed their tacos. The food is served from a food truck but they do have restrooms and covered seating. As we were leaving I noticed that several people were eating the seafood cocktail, maybe next time. Lastly, I ended up paying for the group as I was the only person with cash (CASH only business).

The food is great but itā€™s... 1) CASH ONLY (I donā€™t carry cash, credit cards/Apple pay please!) 2) CLOSE TOO EARLY (Iā€™m only able to eat there during weekends when Iā€™m not working.) If anyone wants to take orders home after work... good luck! Its not happening! Overall, the food is delicious which is why I put the effort to stop by the ATM... cash only... UGHHHH

Our friend highly recommended Juanita's for lunch. My guest ordered a shrimp taco and I ordered a shrimp ceviche tostado.

The young lady taking orders was pretty flat as far as being cordial. There are no posted prices or list of beverage selections, no description of the items you're ordering.

A guest sitting next to us shared that she spent $14 on a shrimp cocktail, mentioned to worker that it was not great and was not offered a refund or different choice of food.

My ceviche tostado was bare bones; no cilantro, no fresh onions, only a tired Pico de Gallo that may have been days old served over chopped marinated shrimp. I also found a few chopped shrimp with veins intact and bit into a couple pieces of shrimp that were soft and under marinated.

Prices were high for food given. No return...
